History: Flute (one on the left) & Locke (one on the right) are brothers who took over from Elder Guru, they now protect the planet together. The two of them even created a new set of dragonballs that exceed the power of the previous set.

    Description: Allows the user to sense energies you know around the universe. If you happen to know someone IC, you can sense their energies with no problem. This also allows you to sense when the opponent is starting to raise their energy during battles, making it possible to stop transformations and/or finishers.

Description: Allows the user to lower his/her power level to any point below their current level. This also allows, in a sense, a person to "vanish" from Ki Senses and Scouters. When used in battle, this technique can make hiding and fleeing a lot easier.
