History: Raishin has been around since the beginning of time itself. Raishin once lived in heaven and aided his elder brother, Leo, in ruling it. Eventually Raishin succumbed to greed and a lust for power and attempted to take heaven for himself, but Leo stopped him. Leo removed Raishin's eye and banished him to a place called hell. Raishin can never leave this infernal place or at least that is what his brother had told him. Raishin quests for a way to break free from his infernal prison.

Requirements: Ki Suppression Level 1 or Android Racial Perk
Description: Allows the user to 'hide' their energy signature. This enhanced version allows the user to use basic, advanced, and control techniques undetected.

Ki Suppression Level 3 [Saga Only Reward / TP Purchasable / DB Wish]
Requirements: Ki Suppression Level 3
Description: Allows the user to completely hide their energy signatures. This enhanced version allows the user to use any techniques undetected. If the user transforms, the must have "Trained" their transformation level to remain undetected, if their transformation is not "Trained", suppression is not possible.

Renzoku Energy Dan 3 Weeks

Description: This allows you to lessen the action cost of ki blasts by half for 1 turn.
