It was another sizzling hot summer day in orange star city the kind of day were people preferred to stay indoors in their ventilated air conditioned rooms and just cool down to avoid the intense sun rays. Even the kids and teenagers who loved the hot weather couldn’t stand it as it felt like their skin was changing color faster than a chameleon. However it didn’t stop some people from using the day to hang out with their friends and hit the indoor pool’s and resorts and chose those options to cool down instead of just sitting in front an air conditioner all day. Despite the intense heat some city residents still managed to full the city streets up.

The youngest son of Goku was flying along the outskirts of the city as he supposed to meet up with some friends and hang out in the Orange Star City resort. As much as Gohan didn’t want to go, his mother forced him and told him he should hang out more with his friends rather than training the whole day for no apparent reason. The raven haired hybrid knew there was a very good reason for him to train but he knew better to argue with his mother in any conversation, anyone who knew Chi Chi could predict the result of an argument with her.

“This seems like a good place to land” Gohan thought as he was still flying along the outskirts of the city trying to go undetected from anyone seeing or noticing him flying. The teenager had to conceal his powers ever since he started high school in the city and he had done a pretty good job at doing so, with only a few minor slip ups but no one really suspected a thing about his powers. Gohan landed in an empty spot in the city as he tossed his book bag with cloths inside over his shoulder and walked onto the streets and became only one of the thousands that were occupying the street, blending in perfectly.

Gohan didn’t mind hanging out with his school friends, knowing he got along with them, and they got along with him for the most part but it wasn’t something the young teenage boy was used to doing. He wasn’t like his older brother Goten who seemed to fit in new social situations all of the time.

“So where is this resort place” Gohan thought out loud as began looking at the surrounding buildings. The many building around made it difficult to see where this place he was looking for was located but he knew he could manage as he walked around trying to avoid bumping into people along the crowded streets.

“This shouldn’t be hard… I will just track down Medley’s energy signal” Gohan spoke out loud knowing it was a simple task, although he wasn’t sure why the girl had a unique energy source although it was only slightly stronger than a averages humans and there was no reason to do any in depth investigating realizing only rare cases sometimes arose.

The son of Goku quickly found his friend as he walked towards the north portion of the city as he spotted the huge resort building and the blue haired Medley standing outside smiling waving at his direction. Gohan approached her as he smiled and waved back.

“Hey Gohan… just come back from a martial arts class?” The blue haired girl asked playfully as she was making a direct comment on Gohan still wearing his purple GI. The raven haired boy just laughed as they began to walk inside.

“Yea you can say that I guess… don’t worry I got my change of clothes here’” Gohan motioned to the bag on his back.

“Never mentioned you did Martial Arts though Gohan” Medley questioned him as they walked into building with the Raven haired hybrid just shrugging and telling her she never asked.

“Everyone is already down stairs getting ready for the pool” The girl commented as the two teenagers smiled entering the section of the building where the pool was located.

Gohan thought this was just going to be a fine day hanging out with his friends but he felt uneasy, like if something bad was going to happen, not to mention a new power level had entered the planet and despite looking for it he couldn’t find who the power belonged to exactly. The teenage hybrid knew though if he stayed on alert everything would be fine for himself and the welfare the planet Earth.

Chapter One:
Goku’s My What!?

The father of Kakarrot found himself standing upon the great lookout tower, it was exactly the same as the one from the previous world he called home. The lookout gave the same peacefulness and had the same beauty it held in the previous world. Though it lacked one key factor, it lacked the thing that made it special or rather the person, Kenji. The one who’d taught Bardock how to use his latent power, the power of the blutz waves. The one who’d taught him how to use the power of his mind. Bardock couldn’t sense Kenji on any part of the planet, it would seem his comrade didn’t exist in this reality.

Kenji your sacrifice won’t be in vein I promise my friend, I will find Goku, if you say finding him will explain things then I believe you. Bardock thought as he walked towards the edge of the tower. The scar faced Saiyan looked out over the clouds, the glorious and peaceful planet’s inhabitants rested thousands of miles below. A faint smile came to Bardock’s lips as he let the memories of his fallen comrades fill his mind. The father of Kakarrot had changed a lot in the past few months, his meeting with Kenji and his conflicts with the Yokai had taught him a lot.

“Oh! Excuse me, but who are you?” A startled voice came from behind Bardock, it was quiet foreign.

The armored Saiyan turned around to find a man with impossibly dark skin, in fact it was as dark as Bardock’s jet black hair! The man had very round eyes and ruby red lips, he was quiet strange to say the least. The dark skinned man was dressed like a traditional genie. Bardock had never seen such a being before he was quiet a strange sight indeed.

“I am Bardock and you are you?” Bardock asked as he crossed his arms, his dark eyes greeting the nameless genie’s.

“Bardock...But you look like Goku!” The jet black man squeaked.

“Goku? Can you tell me where to find him!?” Bardock’s eyes were wide, this man knew Goku, the one he’d been told to find.

“Why do you seek Goku? Too many warriors have come seeking his life, Saiyan or not how do I know I can trust you!?” The short man was frantic with his words, he was earnestly worried about this Goku.

“How did you know I was…” Bardock’s voice trailed off his eyes moved past the jet black genie, he caught sight of a figure shrouded in the building not too far from their position. Bardock’s eyes narrowed as he tried to make out the figure, but he didn’t need to, the shrouded figure was stepping into the light.

“It is alright Mr. Popo, I will handle things from here.” A humanoid with dark green and wrinkle infested face stepped into the light. The man wore white robes and had a glowing blue cape; in his right hand was a rather large cane. “I am Kami, the guardian of this planet.”

A Namekian? A Namekian guards this planet? Interesting seems things are fundamentally different in this reality. Bardock thought, his beady eyes tracing the frame of the Namekian known as Kami.

“I can tell you are not from this world Bardock.” Kami said as he stepped next to the one called Mr. Popo. Kami spoke with the same sort of kindness as Kenji, how strange.

“You’re right,” Bardock said with a half smile, the guardian was indeed insightful. “I was sent here from a different reality, I was sent here to find a man named Goku.”

“Goku huh? Interesting who sent you? What are you suppose to do when you find Goku?” Kami asked, his eyes narrowing as he looked over Bardock.

“Kenji sent me, he was the guardian of this planet, he told if I sought out Goku I would learn everything I needed to about this reality.” Bardock said with a shrug, it was evident he didn’t completely understand why he was here.

“Interesting, but I think things would be faster if I just..” Kami stepped towards Bardock and placed his hand upon Bardock’s forehead and closed his eyes, “Read your mind, don’t worry its harmless.” Kami said as he closed his eyes. The memories of Bardock began to flow into his mind, he could see every action Bardock had ever made, he could feel every emotion, hear every word and thought it was as if he’d become Bardock himself. Kami’s eyes shot open as he pulled his hand away from Bardock, he began breathing heavily his mind, body and soul overtaken by Bardock’s experiences.

“Kami!” Popo distressed as he stepped to help his friend, but Kami simply pushed him away, telling him he was alright.

“Bardock your past its…an interesting one.” Kami said

“Heh tell me about, so can you tell me where Goku is or not? Or better yet can you tell me who he is?” Bardock asked as he crossed his arms.

“Hahaha of course friend, he’s your son, Kakarrot.” Kami said with a laugh.

“What!? How is that possible!? My son is….what!?” Bardock shouted out dumbfounded by this information. How the hell did his son take on the name Goku, what was he doing in the first place? Why had many warriors come to take his son’s life? So many questions ran through Bardock’s mind, he was beyond confused at this point. His world had just been turned on its head and spun three thousand times over. Goku, was his son, it would seem much had happened on this world that he couldn’t not comprehend at least not yet.

“Do not worry Bardock, I will fill in the blanks, you must know of your son’s greatness.” Kami said as he stretched his palm to Bardock’s forehead just as he’d done before. A sapphire light began to gleam around Kami’s body and Bardock’s. The history of the Earth and the universe began to flow into Bardock’s mind, he was slowly but surly learning the tricks of the trade here.

Chapter 2:
Vindictive Insanity

"We do not merely destroy our enemies; we change them."

A hooded figure was silently lurking through the crowded streets of Orange Star City as he tried not to draw any attention from the residents who were enjoying the hot summer day that they were been entertained to. The figure’s face was completely unnoticeable as the hood provided the necessary covering he needed. The man was a wanted man too say the least, he was a major funder of the old red ribbon army back in the day investing almost all of his funds into projects that were promised to help take over the world and where he would get his slice of the cake.

The project had failed however, the Red Ribbon Army had been defeated and to make it worse they fell to the hands of a mere child. Son Goku had defeated the evil corporation single handily in every aspect for the most part. The boy had left the evil company in rubble with only a few loyal survivors staying and working underground on a resurrection plan, scheming the day where they could finally rule the world like they intended to. However the members that were left knew one thing was certain and they would have to take care of something before carrying out their world domination plan and it was to murder the one called Goku.

Decades ago the red ribbon army had bases all over the globe; they tried to place one in every city to make their takeover easier. However after they were defeated these smaller bases where abandoned and was left to collect dust as the equipment that was inside seemed like it would be forever trapped.

The dark hooded figure remembered however the exact project he was funding, it was a project to create the most powerful warriors with the newest cybernetic technology. The operation would turn the kid napped humans they had taken into weapons of mass destruction.

The project however needed time and even with a super computer doing the work they still needed time. However for many years the cyborgs have laid peacefully waiting to be activated and carry out their mission which was destroying and conquering the earth.

“This place seemed to change” The hooded figure whispered sarcastically through his breath as he slipped into the shadows a dark allay way and began making his way towards a large garbage container. The figure already knew what to do as he pushed the container to the side as a broken down metal door came into sight, the man just slithered inside avoiding to be seen in the dark ally.

“This place seems very much intact” The strange figure thought as he flicked the light switch on and a small laboratory came into view with a large super computer placed in the middle of the small room.

“If memory serves me right they should be in here” The hooded man spoke out loud as turned to a corner of the huge computer and placed his thumb on a small pad as it began scanning his finger print and lit green as smoke began to fill the room. Two large container pods slid out from the computer as a small hidden smirk was on the unknown man’s face as he slid the hood off his head exposing his bare bald head.

“My time has come, where I will finally get my revenge on Goku…. I have been waiting too long” The man whispered as he clicked a red button and watched as the top of the pods slip off and the birth of the cyborgs were complete. Two dark shadows stepped out of their pods and awaited their orders.

“Destroy this Orange Star City and Then Kill Goku!!” The man yelled as ordered the cyborgs to carry out their mission

[Orange Star Resort]

Gohan was relaxing for a change as he sat pool side with his vest and swim trunks on as was enjoying himself knowing he was fitting in socially with his friends as they were all hanging out and making jokes. The youngest son of Goku was also getting a little more than attention from females than usual as his muscular figure was now showing in detail with all of the light clothing he was wearing.

“So Gohan how come I never noticed these strong arms” a young blonde girl took a seat next to the boy as she gripped on his left arm. If it was one thing Gohan didn’t get it was females, the boy could do amazing things but he never knew how to handle females unlike his older brother Goten who had no trouble slacking off his training to go on a date every day.

“Ermm Well… the school uniform blocks covers it I guess” Gohan replied a bit nervously as he tried to avoid eye contact with the girl. It wasn’t that Gohan didn’t like her or was afraid of her; it was just an awkward situation for the boy to be in not knowing what to do or say.

“Come on Gohan lighten up will you” The blonde girl spoke as she clinged on the hybrid Saiyan’s arm.

“I am Vanessa” Gohan replied as he turned a bit red in the face, but the blushing quickly faded away as emerged from his seat leaving the girl sitting and puzzled as she glanced and watched the teenage Gohan look into the air straight towards the roof.

“Who is that” Gohan thought as he sensed an insanely high power level appear and it was located at the lookout. The teenage boy wasn’t sure if this person was a threat of not but he knew the power rivaled his own and it didn’t belong to anyone he knew. Gohan started to walk towards the door as he knew it was his job to check this out and make sure everything was all right.

“Gohan?” A feminine voice called out as Gohan stopped in his tracks.

“You are going somewhere?” The blue haired Medley asked as Gohan knew he had to make an excuse fast or he would get “busted”

“No Imma just grab some snacks” Gohan laughed as he rubbed the back of his head and walked out it the blazing hot city with his swim trunks and vest on.

Chapter Two:
Onward To Orange Star

Bardock dropped to one knee, his mind filled with strange memories and visions, he could see the history behind Kami, Mr. Popo and the blue jewel of the galaxy, Earth. The memories Kami had transferred to Bardock were beyond normal comprehension. Bardock things about this planet he otherwise would know nothing about, he learned the names of cities and people. He knew of the things that once plagued the planet, Kami essentially equipped Bardock with everything he would need to fit in, in this alternate reality. The raven haired captain got to his feet, he shook his head trying to calm his mind, but it didn’t seem to do much good.

“I apologize for not giving more warning friend.” Kami’s voice was sincere.

The father of Goku took his palm away from his forehead, “No it’s fine, you’ve helped out a lot.” Bardock said as he looked towards the guardian. “This world is so much different from my own, I may not know much about what’s happened with my people on Planet Vegeta but I know what’s happened with this planet.” Bardock looked down at his palms, “It’s as if I’ve lived here for a very long time, I guess as long as you have.” Bardock said with a half smile as he rolled his hands into fists, he felt a new sense of peace within his very core.

“I am glad I could help you, I believe it’s what Kenji would have wanted, it may very well be why he sent you here rather than some other reality.” Kami suggested.

“You may be right about that, this planet is truly ripe with those who can aid me in my goal of protecting the Saiyan race, preventing it from being subjected by terrors such as the Yokai, with my son and his sons I should be able to do just that.” Bardock’s eyes met with Kami’s. The Scar faced warrior believed in what he said, he truly thought if he could get his son and his grandson to join him he would be able to make a difference here. If Kakkarot and his son, Gohan, could learn of their Saiyan heritage and accept it then there may be hope for the Saiyan race. Bardock knew naught the condition of Planet Vegeta in this reality but he wouldn’t let it be caught with its pants down.

“So Bardock I assume you will go find Goku?”

Bardock turned away from Kami and began pacing towards the edge of the monolith tower, his dark eyes peering out unto the clouds below. The father of Kakarrot closed his eyes, it was time for him to make use of one of the abilities Kenji had taught him. Kenji had shown him how to detect the power level of another, with his mind. True he couldn’t get a digit or number display but he could compare powers to his own, allowing him to dictate how strong a target was. The Saiyan Captain could feel thousands upon thousands of high power levels located on the planet’s surface, each one comparable to his own.

Interesting, not sure if this my son’s power, but I can detect something near my own power if not greater. Bardock thought as he raised a brow, his eyes remained closed. This may be worth checking it, it could be Kakarrot, or should I say Goku?

“The main goal is to find my son, yes.” Bardock said as he opened his eyes, finally responding to the Namekian’s question, “But if I find others along the way so be it.” Bardock looked back at Kami, “I’ve picked up a rather large power in a place called Orange Star, something tells me its worth checking out.”

“Ah yes, there you will find your grandson, Gohan.” Kami said with a smile and a nod, he approved of Bardock’s selection. “But before you go are you sure you want to go down there in that Kami motioned towards Bardock’s battle torn armor. Evidence of his battle with Kyoda only rested with his attire, the wounds that once riddle his body were gone. Bardock had failed to notice that his armor was in such disarray. The entire frontal portal had three large slash marks and the back had various cracks and crevices. The side guards that went over his hips had been completely destroyed as well.

“Oh yes, well I guess I should change, got any spare armor around?” Bardock spoke with a hint of sarcasm.

“I have something a little better my friend.” Kami said as he raised his hand, aiming his palm towards the father of Goku. A faint smile came to the guardian’s lips as white sparkles of energy formed around the Saiyan captain. The spore like energy began to meld across Bardock’s battle ravaged armor. The armor Bardock once wore had been replaced a skin tight sleeveless, dark green shirt. The change wasn’t drastic but it was far better than the hellacious armor he once wore.

“Bette than nothing I suppose.” Bardock said as he looked himself over, he was pretty pleased with the results. “Well then Kami I guess I should be off,” Bardock said as he started to leave the tile flooring, his body defying gravity by use of Bukujutsu.

“Until we meet again.” Kami said with a wave.

The newly dressed Saiyan turned towards the lookout’s edge, his cyan aura began to shimmer to live around his body. Bardock’s hands rolled into fists and his hair shifted upward slightly, unable to maintain shape in the midst of his aura. The otherworldly warrior blasted off, over the lookout’s edge, his aura trailing behind him like jet exhaust. Bardock was thoroughly seventy miles from Orange Star city and he kept going at the speed he was going he could get there in fifteen minutes tops. Something about his world, about this planet energized the father of Goku, could be the promise of a new life? A new chapter?

[Orange Star High(Summer School)-Cafeteria-Late Morning]

The Cafeteria...A bland variety of barely edible content repulsed even the unsociable into endless teenage chatter. The sound of gathered young adults conversing seeped outside of it's thick walls, high pitched voices heard through several layers of concrete. Yells of joy and simultaneous laughter at some random unfortunate geek stuck out the most, breaking out from the chatter and perking up the ears of those who stood resolute in their ways of solitude.

"Hahaha! What a dork!" An athletic teenager dressed in a orange and white varsity jacket with blue jeans pointed his finger at the crouching kid; three times less his size. He was scrambling to pick up his books after the jock had tripped him as he passed by, this day to day routine causing him to lash out at his own possessions rather than the bully. He clawed with as much haste as he could muster, grabbing hold of paperback and hardback alike until he'd finally gotten them all together and in order. "Dweeb!" The jock pushed him back down, causing his books to once again go flying out of his grasps.

On the other side of the room, sat Trunks; watching the scene as he ate his apple. Always relaxed at school, he sat in the booth seat slouched low. The booth he sat in could have easily fit another eight people but alas only Rokka occupied any one of those. Though the large man could have counted as three people easily.

Rokka...Trunks' mentor since...Well, awhile. He'd been following Trunks to school under the guise of a fellow student even though the man was well into his thirties. In high school it wasn't so bad but back when he was still in grade school things got awkward to say the least. "Trunks..." He said, Trunks' eye drifting from the bully to Rokka who still had a bit of ketchup on his face from his hot dog....He was a fan of the horrible cafeteria food. "You got that look in your eye, boy." When the saiyan hybrid peeled his eyes away from the red stain, he found himself staring into the eyes of a scolding saiyan.

"Relax Rokka...I got this." With a quick heave, the purple haired teenager pushed himself out of the booth and to his feet; straightening the capsule corp jacket as he stood erect. His hair wasn't terribly long, well passed his shoulders, but still not enough to impede that last look he gave the brute saiyan before walking away toward the mentally abused social outcast. It said, Stay put!

Approaching, he saw that the jock just wasn't going to let the kid go; his books were still sprawled out on the floor. Gotta love how involved out teachers are... He thought, pushing his way through the last bit of the crowd before finally the nerdy kid was right at his feet.

"Trunks!" A single voice drew the crowd's attention to the newly entered teenager. He didn't know any of them. Didn't want too. But they all knew who he was...And more importantly who Rokka was. That towering giant of a man who looked older than most of their teachers and always followed him around. With his muscle mass he could easily squash Trunks yet the boy seemed to order him around as if he were the superior one. Because of that, no one ever messed with Trunks.

Leaning over and gathering the books, he pressed them together as if one book before handing them over to the rightful owner. "You should get a backpack..."Just as the kid took them, he pushed passed him and walked up to the jock. "Got a problem?"

"N...No!" Just like that, the jock sat down; burying his face in folded arms resting on the dining table.

"Thanks Trunks," the nerd from before, still hanging around, peered through his coke bottle glasses at the jock who was bullying him and stuck his tongue out. Satisfied, he turned and disappeared into the crowd of students.

"Your compassion will be the death of you on Vegeta," Rokka said after the bell rung and everyone headed out, leaving only he and his fellow saiyan.

"I don't care Rokka...I cannot help but be who I am. If I die for it, then it was meant to be....Besides." He held his nostrils shut and turned his head away from the burly man, "if they all smell like you, I doubt I will be showing any compassion for anyone." He joked of course, but Rokka took it upon himself to lift up his arms to smell his pits. Which just made things worse.

[Orange Star High(Summer School)-Parking Lot-Midday]

Fresh air surged through his lungs, sparking a feeling of relief. This day was finally over, only two more days until summer school was out and he'd be done with it for good. Only Vegeta awaited him passed that, Rokka's mental drilling not allowing him to think about any other possible path.

He'd made it out late. Most of the cars and buses were gone and only a few students remained on the grounds. Beside him Rokka was finally wiping away the ketchup stain he caught a glimpse of in his own reflection thanks to the water fountain. No one had bothered to tell him about it all day. Who would? No one even had the balls to talk to him. Not even the principle questioned the muscle-bound freak. "Off to train, are we?" Rokka's question came off more as a passive demand. Aside from stuffing his face, training was his only other hobby.

"Seriously? I have like, what? A week left on Earth at the most? There has to be something exciting to do before I leave...." Rubbing his hairless chin, the prince lifted his gaze to the school gymnasium located across the expansive lot.

"You wanna blow it up?" Rokka ignorantly asked.

"Nah, but your headed in the right direction." This made the brute squint his eyes, trying to see past the gymnasium. "Not like that! Gheeze. I meant...Never mind. Follow me!" He walked off, seeking out a spot for him to take to the skies without any of his peers spotting him.

Chapter 3:
Powers Exposed?

Gohan quickly slipped on his fighting GI pants as hundreds of thoughts were flowing through his mind, he was trying to figure out who had that strange power level at the lookout. Knowing the power was coming from the lookout he also guessed it could possibly be a threat on trying to attack Kami. The shirtless raven haired Saiyan boy was ready to go as he levitated a couple of feet into the air and was ready to head towards the guardians resting place. The boy however didn’t move however he stood in the still in the air as he suddenly sensed the power source he was feeling coming straight towards the city at a decent speed.

“This isn’t looking good… whoever this is, most likely is coming here” Gohan spoke as he pondered what to do, he knew he couldn’t allow someone to cause trouble in the city, then again he knew it could be someone that had no interest in harming the Earth or anyone in the city. The youngest son of Goku was so caught up wondering what to do he wasn’t aware of the scene that was taking place under him. The boy had been floating twenty feet in the air for some time now and didn’t even move as the many city goers watched in awe.

“Mommy …the shirtless boy… he’s flying!!” A young boy’s voice cracked the hybrids thought process as he looked down in horror seeing that dozens of city goers were standing on the pavement under him. The fifteen year old warrior mentally slapped himself as he wasn’t sure how he was going to get himself out of this one and explain himself. The teenage boy watched as more people were joining and making the crowd even larger. Gohan knew it would be best to land now although he would be hammered by questions.

“How did he do that…. Can people just float like that?” A stunned man asked.

“I don’t see any strings attached to him” a middle aged woman with her kid pointed out.

“Must be a magician or something”

“Don’t ask me mike, he did it, ask him”

“He sort of looks like that little boy who killed those freak aliens with his dad, a couple years ago” The voices all speculated and began to chat with each as they kept their attention glared to the raven haired boy as well. The residents of the city were amazed but none of them dared to ask the teenager how he did that in person. Gohan knew he didn’t have a reply to any of those questions and people were starting to make connections to public battles he had when he was much younger, somehow people saw the resemblance.

“How did you fly mister” A small girl asked as she tugged on Gohan’s blue GI pants. Gohan was thankful none of his friends had saw him and knew it was time to spilt before we seriously needed to answer things.

“Yes Gohan could you please explain how you were freaking flying in the air like that!” A feminine voice stated. It was his friend blue haired Medley who somehow saw everything as she confronted the youngest son of Goku.

[Other Side Of City]

The figures stepped out of the shadows as they watched the city in amusement. The duo was made up of a dark haired teenage female and a white haired adult male. The white haired cyborg had blood dripping from his right palm as he smirked a sadistic grin watched it drip to the floor. The cyborgs were ruthless beings and they knew their power exceeded every person on the planet that their data displayed.

“You didn’t have to kill him but what do we do first number Seven” The dark haired cyborg coldly asked her partner who was still busy analyzing the city.

“That bald fool could of activated us years ago…. And only now he realizes we were complete” The white haired male rolled his eyes then laughed at how he had killed the hooded figure with such ease.

“And well Six I say we find the highest power level on this planet and destroy them… possibly this Goku could show up and we will have out chance” The white haired android spoke again and he grinned knowing his mission was to kill Goku and it the data suggested he was in fact the most powerful being on the Earth.

“We can destroy this city, the data suggests he would come out and attempt to stop us” The female android suggested as her partner nodded. The evil cyborgs extended their palms out as they fired a direct energy wave to building and watched as it exploded on contact. A impact that would be heard and seen throughout the city.

Chapter Three:
Terror In The Streets

The father of Goku soared through the skies, his sapphire trailing behind him, it was the only thing that gave evidence to his presence. The soaring humanoid was on his way to Orange Star City, there his grandson, Gohan, awaited. Things would be strange though, Gohan had never met his grandfather, let alone one from a parallel universe. Hopefully Gohan wouldn’t freak out, but from the memories Kami had transferred to him, Bardock could safely assume his life wouldn’t be in jeopardy. For all Bardock knew his resemblance to Kakarrot could work out as a plus.

I never imagined I would have a grandson, this will be an interesting experience. Bardock thought as he propelled himself forward, his aura became more intense. Bardock’s eagerness was causing him to pick up speed, a grin was forming on his lips. The raven haired captain never had the chance to see his son advance through the trials of life and thus never had the chance to have a grandson. This was truly a new beginning. My son calls himself Goku now, that doesn’t even sound natural, to think a head injury caused all this.

The Saiyan captain was drawn from his thoughts as his eyes caught sight of something on the horizon. The all too familiar smoke and debris of battle and death billowed in the air. Flames could be seen spewing out form the cloud. Bardock’s eyes narrowed as he caught sight of a city, the origin of the distasteful scene. Orange Star City was under attack.

The father of Raditz continued to fly towards the city, he remained an altitude of one thousand so that he could survey the deathly scene. The scar faced warrior had come in from the Southern part of the town, the only part that had been tainted by the flames and the screams of frightened civilians. Bardock’s eyes began to scan the destruction, he was seeking it source.

“What in the hell is going on here, I thought this place was peaceful.” Bardock said to himself, confusion in his voice. The inter-dimensional Saiyan continued to scan the city streets until he felt a burning pain, it emanated from the back of his neck. Bardock’s body lurched forward, this of course was completely involuntary. The surprised warriors body flipped forward, threatening to barrel into the ruin below. Though thankfully, Bardock had other plans. The Saiyan captain released a pissed off roar as he regained control of his body, his cyan aura exploding around his body as he came to a halt three hundred feet above the burning buildings.

“Son of a…” Bardock said as he scratched the back of his head, the point of impact.

“So,” A voice came from above the pained Saiyan, it was masculine and filled with a killer insanity. “Son Goku has come, much faster than I had expected.”

Bardock’s raven eyes quickly honed in on the voice’s progenitor, slightly above him hovered a white haired man, his arms crossed. Man was far from normal, he lacked a shirt which revealed his metal plated arms and abdominals. The man had piercing and cold yellow eyes and single golden ear ring in his left ear. Bardock then took note of something, something that pointed out just who or what this bastard was. The man wore a belt upon his blue jeans and upon that belt buckle was inscribed the insignia of the Red Ribbon Army.

“So you’re one of those killer androids huh? Interesting I thought my son and grandson had wiped you and your army off the map.” Bardock said as grin spread across his lips, “Well then guess dad’s gonna clean up his son’s mess.” Bardock’s aura began to form around his body, it hissed as it took form. Bardock’s sapphire aura traced his body perfectly and caused his skin to look somewhat darker.

“Seven, this man isn’t Goku.” A voice came from behind Bardock, this one belonged to that of a female.

“Thanks for stating the obvious six, but he looks like him and that’s good enough for me!” The white haired android said with a howl.

“Heh, so there’s two of you huh?” Bardock said as he shifted himself over, preventing himself from being caught in any sort of crossfire attack. The quick witted captain quickly looked over the female, she too bore the Red Ribbon Army insignia. The woman had piercing and cold yellow eyes, similar to that of the other android, known as seven. The female also had jet black hair, just as Bardock did, but it didn’t spike outward in every impossible direction. Instead the female’s hair flowed downward just past her shoulders. Unlike her companion seven wore a full set of clothing rather than pants. She had sort of varsity jacket, like the ones a member of a high school football team would. Beneath that she had a yellow form fitting half blouse, she also had dirtied white pants or rather sweatpants. A normal person would confuse the android with a normal school girl.

“Before we kill you, what’s your name?” The white haired man known as Number Seven asked. As Seven spoke, his female partner moved next to him.

“I’m Bardock, the father of the one you seek.” With that said the raven haired warrior vanished, he wasn’t going to hold back. The father of Kakarrot appeared above Number Six, the woman. The speedy Saiyan’s right leg came flying downward as he phased into existence. Bardock’s heel crashed straight into the crown of the woman’s head, sending her flying into the destruction she and her partner had wrought.

“Idiot!” The silver haired android shouted as his right fist came flying towards the side of Bardock’s head. The father of Goku cursed and quickly ducked letting the power packed fist move through his abnormal hair.

“So you androids don’t release energy huh?” Bardock as he kicked away from his outstretched foe. The Saiyan captain had only just noticed he couldn’t sense any energy from his attackers.

This isn’t going to be easy, I don’t have a clue how powerful these two are, I might have to push it to the next level. Bardock kept his eyes trained upon his steel eyed foe.

“Not bad Bardock, but I wonder how long you can last?” The android asked with a sadistic grin.

Within the first few hours of arriving in this world Bardock had already entangled himself in a conflict. Hopefully it wouldn’t be the end of him.

[West Side - Just Off School Grounds]

Trunks' quick dash put him behind a string of connected shops and into a cramped alley; Rokka barely able to walk without bumping one of his shoulders against a concrete slab. He'd barely stepped three feet in when a dull feeling in his stomach pulsed and created an uneasy feeling. It caused him to stop in his tracks suddenly, almost too fast as his companion had nearly plowed him over. "What's that?" His eyes went instinctively to the sky.

"You feel it too?" Rokka stated more than asked. The man's sensing ability had warned him seconds before Trunks showed signs of being aware of the powerful explosion.

"Feel it? I can see it," it was then the large saiyan's eyes followed Trunks' up into the sky. Impossibly dark clouds replaced the once clear skies, dominating it enough to even impede a great deal of light. The two hadn't noticed that though; the alley was already shaded as it was. "This can't be good. I gotta go check it out." His knees bent in preparation for a leaping break into flight.

"Wait!" A firm grasp on his wrist tied him down and stopped him from taking to the air. "I was hoping to wait until we got to Vegeta for this..." Seemingly aware of what was transpiring on the south side of the city, Rokka pulled out a pill-sized capsule from his pocket. The gift he was planning to give to Trunks right before they went to meet the King. "Take it...Your fa...Vegeta gave it to me to give to you."

A purple eye brow raised. He didn't know Rokka knew how to use the earthling capsule devices. "What is it?" Neglecting to take it, it only took his mentor a quick second to force it into his hands.

"Your birth right."

"Birth right? What the hell are you talking about Rokka?"

"Open it and see. I will explain more after." Up until now, the man had purposely avoided telling Trunks' of his true lineage. He knew he was saiyan, yes, but not his position amongst their race.

Pressing the small button on the side with his thumb, Trunks tossed it toward the ground in a casual manner and waited for the resulting smoke to disperse. "So what? Clothes?" A folded up royal blue leotard came into view; white chest protector with matching gloves and boots following.

"Not just any clothes...Armor. Royal Armor. Worn only by those in the Vegeta Dynasty." Rokka looked on in awe but wouldn't even touch them, his loyalty to his liege holding him back from breaking that particular code.

"So...Why did the King want...Wait, your not saying." A light bulb seemed to turn on in his head. "The King is my father?" He bent down and picked up the attire as he spoke. Only looking to Rokka once he finished talking for the moment.

"Not quite but close enough for now. You are of the Vegeta Dynasty...Wear that armor with pride, young Prince. Many saiyans would give ten lifetimes to be in your position." And he was one of them, though servitude to Trunks' was probably as close as he was going to get. "Anyways...This is probably overwhelming you. If you haven't guessed it yet, there is a fight going on to the south. I can smell it. I'll go ahead while you change and collect your thoughts. Scouting isn't exactly my thing, so I can't promise you I'll leave any fighting for you." Leaving Trunks to himself with the clothes, Rokka took to the air and toward the south side of town. A small grin lingering over his lips.

He knew Trunks wasn't going to let him have all the fun.

The Fight Begins

After one whole year of trying to hide and conceal his powers Gohan was finally caught in a situation where he had no way to get himself out of. It was worse enough that the random city goers had seen him flying but he knew one of his friends seeing him was a totally different story altogether. Gohan watched as his blue haired female friend wait impatiently for an answer with the anxious crowd behind her waiting to find out the secret on how he had levitated in the air like that. Gohan was losing his focus as he was now paying too much attention to answering a mere question And not spending enough time scouting out the city for the strange energy source he had felt.

“Well Gohan... I seriously want to know” The blue haired female sternly glared at the raven haired boy as if he was hiding secrets.

“Yea hurry up and tell us how you did that kid” A random male voice interjected who was standing with the crowd that had gathered.

“Err… just something a learned as a kid” Gohan spoke as the crowd and Medley didn’t look satisfied with the answer that was given. However instantly out of surprise a loud explosion crackled throughout the airwaves of the city. The impact rumbled most of the city as people began dropping to the floor from the impact as the son of Goku stood tall and watched in horror as he saw a building two blocks away just crumbling down as he was now sensing one huge power level directly at the spot that the energy explosion came from.

People were running down the streets In pure horror as more explosions were taking place and things were starting to look like a war zone with bombs going off. Thick smoke began rising from the building as it began shrouding the city.

“Dammit!!!” Gohan yelled as a bright blue aura exploded around his shirtless body as he darted into the air not caring who saw him anymore, he knew facing this threat was more important that hiding his powers as he could feel the tons of human energy signals drop to zero, knowing they were most likely already dead.

“How could this happen?” Gohan asked himself as he floated above the city and glanced down with mixed emotions, he was serious about finding out who was causing the damage but he was also confused on why a shirtless white haired man was fighting a Saiyan looking figure below. What confused the teenage boy even more was that the Saiyan looked exactly like his father and if it wasn’t for the boy’s expert Ki sensing he could have been fooled.

He wasn’t sure why they were fighting and who had caused the damage but he knew one of them was fighting for the right cause and Gohan assumed the Saiyan was most likely causing the damage. The youngest son of Goku also confused on why he couldn’t feel a KI signature from the white haired man.

“What is going on here?” Gohan asked himself as he didn’t know what to do, whether to attack both figures or wait to so how it plays out staying above in the sky watching. Unknown to Gohan someone on the ground was watching him and analyzing him.

[Subject: Gohan Son- Spawn Of Goku Son- Power Level twenty thousand]

Information rolled down built in scanner that the female android possessed as she was intrigued on what the info in her database was telling her. Android Six slowly levitated and made her way behind the raven haired boy without him knowing; as she smirked knowing she could kill the boy on the spot.

“Time to have a little fun” The dark haired cyborg thought silently.

“Your grandfather there is going to die a painful death” The feminine cyborg whispered softly but loud enough for the son of Goku to hear. Gohan quickly spun around and saw the female floating behind him. The shirtless teenage examined the girl and he wasn’t sure what was going on.

“Who are you?” Gohan demanded to know as he quickly spotted the red ribbon enigma on the female’s jacket. The boy was quick to put things together and guessed with the invisible energy source meant she was an android.

“You don’t need to know Gohan, but you are the son of Goku so I must dispose of you know” The female grinned to the displeasure of Gohan knowing he was now fighting an Android, he only guessed now the white haired male below was an Android as well. However that left something unanswered for Gohan who was the Saiyan? Not realizing the female had just told him.

“How ddo…” Gohan didn’t get to finish his sentence as he watched as the female cyborg vanish from sight only to feel a hard impact on his back as the force pushed him unexpectedly into a building, crashing into the skyscraper.

The female warrior didn’t let up as he extended him palm out and fired a huge energy ball as he quickly made its way through the air about to make contact with Gohan and the building.

Chapter Four:
A New Battle Brews

The thundering sounds of battle and chaos raged through the skies. Explosions not unlike the ones of anti aircraft guns crackled through the skies, the battle could be seen from just about anywhere within sixty miles. Bardock and Android Number Seven were going all out, android versus Saiyan, metal against skin, oil against blood. The android’s drive to kill was one that could not be underestimated, even the fearsome Yokai would pale in comparison to this creature’s will to kill. The Red Ribbon Army’s creations were bred for the sole purpose of killing those within the Son family tree. Sadly for Bardock, he was the father of the one they hated most, Goku. Now Bardock would have to deal with his son’s mess, but it was something Bardock did not mind. Bardock was a Saiyan after all, which meant he lived for combat, he lived to grow stronger. This bout with the android, this test of wills would be one to remember. Bardock had been through much in his own reality but somehow, this, this was different. He wasn’t fighting for revenge or personal gain, no he was fighting to protect something. Those who shared his blood, the blood of a true Saiyan Warrior, though Bardock had yet to meet Gohan or Goku he knew they shared his blood. Bardock knew Goku and Gohan were family, so he would do whatever he had to, to ensure they carried out their lives, for in his world that right had been snatched from them.

Damned robots Bardock thought as he pushed aside a chunk of debris that once rested upon him. The white haired cyborg had dealt a direct blow to Bardock’s right pectoral and had sent him spiraling into the flaming city. The experience wasn’t fun to say the least, human building may’ve been fragile but it hurt like hell to have them fall on a person. The raven haired fighter looked towards the smoke tainted sky above, his beady eyes seeking his attacker. Come on you bastard, where are you hiding. Bardock thought as his eyes continued to act like a search light.

“Looking for me.” A voice came from behind Bardock, it was that of his attacker.

The father of Kakarrot spun around just in time to get a boot to the face, his head whipped backwards and a pained gack was released from him. The Saiyan warrior was knocked off his feet and began to bouncing across the ground like a tennis ball. The bounce captain came to a halt as he crashed into a small gift shop that had avoided destruction, until now at least. Bardock hit the far wall and released another pain filled cry, this android was good and the fact Bardock couldn’t sense his energy only added to his troubles.

God damn it! Bardock thought as he got to his feet, his eyes locking onto the android who’d stepped inside the shop, a cold expression on his face. The white haired killer slowly raised his right hand, letting it take aim at the father of Kakarrot. The all too familiar hiss of forming energy filled the air, plasmatic energy began to crackle around the cyborg’s arm.

     “Say Goodbye, Saiyan filth.”

“Heh, you underestimate me.” Bardock said under his breath.

The white haired tin man let a grin form on his cold face before he released the crimson energy sphere that’d formed before his open palm. The energy blast threatened to consume Bardock like a snake would a rat, but thankfully Bardock was no rat. The universe traversing Saiyan vanished from sight mere milliseconds before the blast could consume him. As the explosion rang through the shop Bardock appeared behind his foe, his right fist cocked back and a burning red aura encasing his body. The scar faced warrior sent his fist rocketing forward, enhanced by the fiery power of Kaioken. Bardock’s fist collided with the back of the android’s neck and a sickening cracking sound filled the air, over powering the sounds of terror that filled the streets. Number Seven was sent flying forward straight through the other side of the street and into the war torn street on the other side of the block.

Wasting no time the crimson endowed warrior launched himself through the opening he’d just created in the shop’s wall. The tile flooring where he was stood caved and spread out to the rest of the shop, destroying anything that stood in its path. The beams that held the shop’s second level intact gave way and it fell in upon itself, yet another building had been lost to the brewing war.

The Kaioken augmented warrior appeared before his rising foe, “Here!” Bardock shouted as he swung his right fist upward. Bardock’s strike crashed straight into number seven’s chin, he’d just delivered a devastating uppercut the cyborg. The white haired titan was launched straight into the air like a space shuttle from a launch pad. “I’m not done yet!” Bardock declared as his crimson aura expanded and took on the form of a raging inferno. The empowered Saiyan gave chase to his prey, Bardock’s entire body had attained a crimson hue and his hair had flared upward, influenced by his raging aura. “Spiritual Kaioken times five!” Bardock declared as his right hand flew forward in the form of an open palm strike. Bardock’s steroidal strike crashed straight into the cyborg’s chest, causing it to release a painstaking cry before it was sent rocketing away from the father of Kakarrot.

“Heh, bet you’ve never seen that before.” Bardock said as he watched his opponent fly across the city, seven had lost all control of his body. Bardock’s fiery ruby aura died down, his skin and hair returned to normal. The raven haired titan slowly descended upon a building that was still intact, yet to be tainted by the destruction. “Now then, I have to find Gohan.” Bardock said as his eyes scanned the streets. “Matter of fact, what happened to that other android?” Bardock scratched the back of his head, “I couldn’t have finished her with that one move.”

[600 Yards from Bardock's Fight]

An army stirred within the lingering shadows of the enormous skyscrapers, watching as two of their own became entangled in a battle. At the helm of the squad, fierce red eyes glew brightly with power. The man's unquestionable authority the only thing holding the rest of them in check. Those eye's now were set upon Bardock, who'd just pummeled a dear friend and sent him flying across the city.

"Commander Crimson!" A subordinate broke rank and came up to the large man's side, nearly getting wrapped up in his long flowing cape. She was unlike the rest of the squad; her appearance was that of a human much like the commander. "More high power levels approaching from the rear!" She said after a split second of silence.

Crimson stood resolute though. He'd sensed it long before his second in command had reported it to him but had yet to react. He was stoic in his ways like that, coming off as more observant than anything. "Send the drones after them, Captain Pepper. You and I will remain here for now." Even as he spoke, his eyes still remained on the one named Bardock.

Nodding her head, Pepper pulled out a small, rectangular device and pressed the large red button on it's side. "You heard the Commander!" She had pressed the stealth deactivation device, making the rest of the squad appear to everyone.

Five metallic drones appeared.

[Rokka and Trunks - On Route]

Speeding through the air a great deal ahead of Trunks, Rokka's nostrils flared. He was flying too fast for it too be reasonable to smell anything, yet the smell of freshly forged metal seemed to overwhelm him. He could even taste it in his mouth. Of course, it hadn't struck him as odd. The city below was full of factories.

"Finally!" Enter Trunks...."Thought I would never catch up to you! Whats the big idea anyways? Dropping all that in my lap and then suddenly speeding off?" His clothes had went from his normal attire to that of the saiyan battle suit Rokka had provided. "Hey!"

Rokka hadn't really responded but instead just looked at Trunks. The battle armor had made him feel a bit homesick. Unknown to him though, the uneasiness in his stomach was actually a subconscious warning to danger. Just as his head snapped back around, a quick succession of buzzing sounds filled the area.

"What the hell was that?" Trunks asked, not able to come up with an answer on his own. Unlike Rokka, he possessed no ability to detect danger without using his ki sense ability.

The big saiyan stopped suddenly; so suddenly Trunks flew right passed him for several yards before stopping himself to turn around. "We're surrounded. Trunks be on guard!"

Instinctively Trunks extended both arms out wide and brought them together in a large clapping motion. When his palms connected, pure white ki spewed forth from the spaces between his hands and began to form the shape of his sword. After only a moment, the large blade became fully tangible; it's glistening metallic edge reflecting every ray of sun that touched it. Once finished, he rested it casually on his shoulder with a single hand gripping the hilt. "Let them come then..." He was all too eager to fight.

The squad of droids that Pepper had ordered to them appeared in an instant, seemingly poofing into existence all around the two saiyans; in a star-like formation had a line been drawn from one to the other. Each one emitted a ear-piercing buzzing sound, letting Trunks know the ambush could have been avoided had he paid more attention.

"Red Ribbon..." Trunks said. The company had a long history with Capsule Corporation.

The crimson ball of energy slowly made its way through the city air as it was ready to explode full force upon touching the metal sheets of the skyscraper Gohan had crashed into. The raven haired hybrid slowly stood on his feet as he watched in horror the ball of energy coming straight towards him and there was nothing he could do as it came into range. The energy attack exploded and the impact could be seen and heard from miles as the explosion rose up like an atomic bomb had just went off. Anyone in the city could of see something was going on in that area.

The son of Goku took severe damage from the impact as he was blasted onto the city floor and the shirtless boy could be seen with intense burn marks and cuts on his body. The dust even thickened in the air as it was began to get harder to see as Gohan gripped on the floor as he tried to get back onto his feet. The boy was in serious pain while he was still trying to comprehend what was happening. He knew almost one fourth of the city was destroyed and with one blast the female android had all most completely crippled him. Lying on his stomach Gohan slowly tried to get back onto his feet he watched the feminine feet of the android land in front of him.

“Pitiful you would think the son of Goku would have more power than this, you’re not even worth me fighting” The android grinned as she picked her foot up and stepped on the boys head as she started to squeeze down full force with the boy’s head face first on the road’s pavement.

“The data says you should be stronger than this… but I guess the computer gave you the benefit of the doubt when creating your profile in my memory bank”

“Ahh Arghhhhhh!!!! The teenage boy screamed in agony as the pain was rushing throughout his head. The killer android just grinned in pleasure as she knew she was having her way with Goku’s son.

“After I grind the life out of you, it’s your father next” The android spoke as Gohan was struggling to get up however he was pinned down with the foot on his head and he despite his efforts he couldn’t get free as the Android just mocked his efforts.

Chapter Five:
A Warrior’s Silent Rage

Smoke, debris, flames, horror, terror, death and chaos all signs of war and death. The city was slowly being consumed by the hell that was war. Flames flickered into once peaceful sky, the smell of death rode the harsh winds. The screams of civilians followed the sounds of crumbling building and dancing fires. This place was not unlike the hell Bardock had seen on Vegeta when the Yokai had arrived. The father of Kakarrot clenched his teeth as he looked out into the abyss of destruction, for someone reason he was getting angry, a fire was brewing in his chest. This planet, the universe was not his own but he felt as if he needed to protect it. Deep down Bardock knew no race deserved the hell the Saiyan’s of his reality suffered, no one should be enslaved or killed in masses.

“The Red Ribbon Army huh?” Bardock said under his breath as he looked down at his right fist, it trembled with the anticipation of war. “Well then, guess they’ve made the mistake of pissing off a true Saiyan.” Bardock said as half smile came to his lips. The faces of his beloved crew flashed before him, each of them encouraging him to carry forward and fight. “Panbuken, Totepo, Toma, Fasha, Kenji, Raditz, Kakarrot, Sharrotto.” Bardock recited the names of his comrades, “Lend me your strength.” Bardock closed his eyes, it was as if the Saiyan was praying.

“Now then where are you grandson.” Bardock said as he opened his eyes. As Bardock’s eyes opened he felt a sudden surge of energy behind him and heard the all too familiar hiss of ki. The father of Kakarrot quickly spun to the right, just in time to avoid a purple energy sphere. The Saiyan captain’s beady eyes quickly came to greet his attacker, a man grabbed in red and black. The man had a flowing white cape, silver gauntlets and silver greaves. The man attire was reminiscent of a German World War II veteran, something Bardock knew nothing about, in fact no one in this reality did.

“So I see you dodge well.” The man said a grin spread across his cracked lips.

“Heh and I see you can’t fight like a true warrior, what’s with the Red Ribbon Army and their underhanded strikes?” Bardock asked with a rhetorical sigh.

“Silence fool! You will not speak to me, Commander Crimson, in such a manner!” The commander shouted, it was evident he loved his title.

“What an original name, it fits you and your crimsoness.” Bardock said taunting his opponent.

“I’m going to kill you for what you did to Number Seven.” The commander’s eyes narrowed.

     “Bring it.”

The two ki manipulators kicked upward, defying gravity with their inhuman abilities. The two fighters darted inward, toward one another. Bardock’s sapphire aura instantaneously sparked around his body as he sent his right fist forward, aiming it at the commander’s forehead. The commander snickered at Bardock’s futile strike and ducked below it.

“No way!” Bardock shouted as his eyes grew wide. The next thing the father of Kakarrot knew he was being hurtled towards the inferno of a city below. Bardock’s body crashed into an already destroyed building and sent a torrent of debris in all direction. Son of a bitch, he’s quick and strong, much stronger than that pretty boy. Bardock thought as he freed himself from the debris that made their home upon his chest. Guess I’ll have to transform for this guy. Bardock thought as he stepped out on the pavement. As Bardock prepared himself, something caught his attention, the sounds of a screaming child. Bardock’s eyes instantly honed in on the source. A mere fifteen yards from his position the female android stood over a young boy, her boot clad foot digging into the back of the boy’s head. She was pressing him into the scorched pavement.

“Picking on children now?” Bardock raised a brow and shook his head, somehow he expected these droids to have some sense of honor. “Well better go save him.” With that Bardock launched himself from the street, he kept low to the ground to prevent himself from being spotted by Commander Crimson. As Bardock neared he cocked back his right hand and balled into a fist, plasmatic energy cackled around it. “Hey you!” Bardock shouted a mere second before he was to reach the female, “Back of the kid!” Bardock shouted before his fist shot forth and collided with the side of the android’s head. The raven haired female was sent flying through the air and through multiple building, she quickly faded from view. The father of Kakarrot snickered at the woman as she barreled through the building, “Pathetic.”

Bardock turned his attention to the boy who laid stomach down on the pavement. The father of Goku knelt beside the fallen warrior, his eyes began to trace the boy’s body seeking any major wounds. The pained child had multiple cuts, bruises and a few burn marks. Bardock slowly rolled the boy on his back and was surprised at the boy’s identity. It was his grandson, Gohan. Bardock took the boy’s head his arm, he was still breathing, thankfully.

“Hey kid, time you get up, can’t have my grandson dying on me now can I?” Bardock said with a smile.

“How cute,” The white haired android, Number Seven stepped before Bardock, his cold azure eyes focused upon the grandfather, grandchild duo. “Seems Six did a real number on the kid, well guess I’ll have to finish the job.” Seven said with a sadistic grin.

“Sorry Gohan, I need to finish this guy, then we’ll get you some help.” Bardock said with a smile as he laid Gohan’s head upon the pavement. The father of Goku slowly got to his feet, his dark eyes still set upon his grandson. Bardock had never met the boy, but from the memories he’d shard with Kami he knew Gohan to be a true warrior. From what Bardock had seen Gohan truly was worthy of being his grandson, he’d transcended the power of any pureblood Saiyan. Bardock never imagined he would care this much for the boy despite the memories, Bardock had accepted the boy and would do everything in his power to protect him and ensure he would able to see his father, Goku, once again. “Sorry Seven but it’s time I end you.”

Steam began to rise from Bardock’s body, and slowly a dark yellow aura formed around his body. Bardock’s jet black haired flared upward and his dark iris began to fade from view leaving on the whites of his eyes. The ground below Bardock’s feet began to tremble, adding to the mounting tension. Bardock’s muscles bulged and plasmatic sparks ran across his body, licking the ground as they came and went. Bardock had become a Giji Super Saiyan.

“What….are you?” The android came to a halt, his internal sensors were buzzing, trying to calculate Bardock’s newly increased power level.

The father of Goku did not answer, instead he vanished. The transformed titan appeared directly in front of his foe, his right hand wrapped around the android’s neck. Before the soulless cyborg could make a move Bardock lift him off the ground and slammed him into the unrelenting pavement. The transformed warrior released his prey and pressed his palm against the cyborg’s uncovered chest. Sapphire energy began to amass around the transformed Saiyan’s palm, an expression of fear formed across Seven’s face, he knew what would come next.

“Goodbye.” Bardock said under his breath. Less than a second later a blinding sapphire energy consumed the android, turning it to nothing more than ashes. Bardock had released a Full Power Energy Wave at point blank range, it was one of Bardock’s signature attacks and it had been augmented by Bardock’s new form. The ground where the android once laid had caved in and had become distorted, unable to maintain form. The once angered Saiyan got to his feet and sighed, “Even an android knows fear.” As Bardock spoke, his jet black irises returned to their rightful place and his hair fell from its position. Bardock’s muscles returned to their normal capacity and his aura dissipated. Bardock had reverted to his normal form.

“Now then, time to help the kid.” Bardock said as he leapt from the small crater his attack had created. Bardock’s eyes honed in on his grandson who still laid on his back in the middle of the street. “Alright kid, time I get you fixed up.” Bardock said as he stepped before his grandson, a warm smile rested on the Saiyan’s face, once Bardock hadn’t had since the birth of his two sons, Raditz and Kakarrot.

Gohan was saved and it was by the same person who he had sensed earlier. The older man was a Saiyan no doubt about it but there was many questions left unanswered for the hybrid Saiyan, like who was this strange Saiyan, why was he helping save the city and why did he look so much like his father Goku. The figure was almost a spilt image of Goku only the facial marking came with somewhat of a war scorned look to it. The Saiyan was yet to introduce himself formally to the boy but he said something about him being his grandson which confused Gohan.

Gohan wasn’t aware of his dad knowing his father but the resemblance was too much to argue and Gohan still trying to regain mind state as he watched in awe as his supposed grandfather destroy the white haired android with ease then walked over to his location to give him some aid and help him out.

“Alright kid, time I get you fixed up.” The full blooded Saiyan warmly smiled as he extended his two arms out as Gohan latched on to them as Bardock slowly helped him back onto his feet. The shirtless hybrid still felt wobbly on his feet but he had more than enough strength to stand tall as he was ready to confront this Saiyan who was supposedly his grandfather. Gohan knew his father was raised since he was a baby on Earth and had no other connections to his Saiyan family, so it was a mystery to the teenager how this Saiyan could could know what he knew.

“Thanks a lot… but did you say you are my grandfather?” Gohan asked as he rested slowly inhaling and exhaling to catch his breath.

“That is correct….my name is Bardock and Goku is my son” The older Saiyan spoke as he knew the boy wouldn’t be able to take in the whole story so fast so he didn’t overload him with the details.

“But my dad has never told me anything about you” Gohan replied to his grandfather as he tried to make sense of what was happening, it wasn’t everyday your grandfather you have never seen or heard of just comes by and saves you out of the blue.

“Technically I haven’t met your father yet, but don’t worry I can explain everything once I take care of this problem” Bardock motioned his head towards the side as the mechanical female seemed to be walking slowly towards them. Gohan felt of the intense power that was radiating off his grandfather and knew he had the power needed to destroy the remaining android however the son of Goku felt like he needed to fight this android himself.

“All right… let me handle this one” Gohan spoke in a serious tone as stepped forward in front of His grandfather and watched a couple of yards away as the female droid was still coming slowly. Bardock was amused but the memories he had inherited showed what kind of fighter his grandson was and the potential he held.

“All right kid… the floor is yours” Bardock spoke as he crossed his arms and waited to see what his grandson was capable of fighting wise. The Saiyan looked up into the sky knowing commandeer was most likely still looking for him.

“Pitiful Saiyan trash I don’t know how you managed to defeat seven but your luck has run out!!” The female warrior announced as she stopped in front of the raven haired hybrid and watched him get into his horse stance and began powering up.

“I see your still standing boy… needed your gramps to help you out there” The cold female machine spoke as she just watched still not afraid of the boy.

“I am going to make you pay!!” Gohan yelled as he began channeling his energy as he knew he hadn’t mastered his transformation yet but he knew it spur radically happened and it needed to happen now.

“AHHHHH!!!” Gohan yelled as he thursted his arms downwards as a dark yellowish aura exploded around the boy of the shirtless teenager. Gohan’s hair completely spiked up and was now darker and defined as had now transformed just like his grandfather who was still watching the events that were transpiring in front of him.

Gohan darted full speed towards the female android as he got into striking range and started a flurry of punches and kicks as he started to land all of the strikes he was putting out severely stunning the droid fighter. Gohan quickly proceeded with a lighting speed front kick as he sent the female android flying into the air with the force alone. Gohan had more than enough power as he held out his palm and fired a raw powered energy wave into the air and aimed it perfectly towards the android as it connected and exploded on contact.

All that was left was dust as smoke from the blast covered a part of the sky as the machine remains from the android dropped down onto the city streets.

Chapter Six:
Another False Super Saiyan!?

Bardock had helped his grandson to his feet and now he was able to hold a proper conversation with him, well if you took away the fact that flames and hell itself was raging around them. Bardock watched as his pained grandson got his bearings, it was evident Gohan was trying to figure out just who Bardock was. The look on Gohan’s face said it all. A faint smile came to Bardock’s lips as he stood up, relieving himself from the kneeling position. Bardock looked down at his grandson waiting for him to speak, despite the flames and destruction that ran rampant around the duo things seemed to be at peace. At least that was the case for these two.

“Thanks….but did you say you are my grandfather?” Gohan finally spoke, it would seem he’d finished running things through his mind.

“That’s right.” Bardock said as he crossed his arms, “My name is Bardock and Goku is my son.” Bardock said somewhat slowly, ensuring Gohan understood just what that meant.

“But my dad has never told me anything about you.” Confusion backed Gohan’s voice. The hybrid was having trouble grasping the situation.

“Technically I haven’t met your father yet, but don’t worry I can explain everything once I take care of this problem” Bardock motioned towards the female he’d clobbered previously. The android was making her way back to the scene, a dark fire raging in her soulless eyes. The raven haired captain slowly turned towards the oncoming cyborg, Bardock’s hands slowly rolled into fists.

“Alright… let me handle this one” Gohan piped up as he stepped past his grandfather. Bardock laughed and shook his head, Gohan’s bravery was commendable, he truly was the grandson of a Saiyan. Bardock could feel a fire burning within the boy’s body, he could feel Gohan’s power begging to be set free. The memories Bardock had received from Kami warned Bardock of the fiery power Gohan had the ability to tap into, but it only shinned through when needed. Now was one of those times, if Gohan intended to survive he would need to tap into that power.

“Heh, Alright kid, the floor his yours.” Bardock said as his eyes drifted towards the dust filled sky. Where are you Commander Crimson, you couldn’t have given up already. Bardock thought as his eyes began searching the war ridden sky.

Bardock was quickly withdrawn from his thoughts as he heard a fearsome battle cry from his grandson. He could feel his grandchild’s energy shooting upward, the ground itself began to tremble as if in fear of Gohan’s building power. Bardock’s eyes grew wide as they fell upon Gohan. The young boy’s hair had flared upward and had slight auburn hue to it, but only in a few sections. His skin had attained a sinister yellow hue, his aura had also taken on this sinister color. It would seem when push came to shove Gohan drew upon his hidden Saiyan power. Gohan had become a Giji Super Saiyan, just as Bardock had previously. Though this was different, it wasn’t as control. It would seem Gohan had the potential to draw upon his latent blutz waves, but not at will. Not yet anyway, Bardock intended to change that.

Impressive, this boy truly is my blood, to think at his age he’d have the potential to reach into that hidden well of power. A grin placed itself upon Bardock’s lips.

Bardock watched as Gohan lurched forward and sent a flurry of punches and kicks towards number Six, each one faster and stronger than its predecessor. For someone so young it was quite an impressive sight, Gohan hadn’t even mastered the transformation yet, but he had such control. Within a few seconds Gohan had turned the android to dust, just as Bardock had previously, in fact Gohan had used the same technique Bardock had previously. Dust and debris blew through the street, revealing nothing for Gohan had turned his cyborg foe to ashes.

“I’m impressed Gohan, I’ll have to teach you how to control the Giji transformation, but first we have a commander to deal with.” Bardock said as he motioned towards a rooftop. Roughly two hundred yards from Gohan and Bardock stood a building of sixteen stories. At the building’s rooftop a man could be seen standing at its edge, the sun to his back. His crimson cape flowing in the wind, his arms crossed and his eyes shined a fearsome vermilion.

“I hope you’re ready to die.” The commander said under his breath, his words couldn’t be heard by Gohan or Bardock but his message was clear from the way he stood and by the dark glint that made its home in his eyes

A blur of motion is what most people would of saw; movements so quick by both parties only the shock waves of flesh meeting metal could be made out clearly. Buildings shuddered and nearly collapses, bits of roof breaking away and falling to the ground far below the scene.

In the midst of this chaos Trunks caught a spinning snap kick aimed for his face with the blunt side of his blade, the spirit sword glowing brightly in a white hue before being ripped in half while still blocking. Slimmed down, the sword was now two...Just in time as he used the other blade to impale one of the droids as it sought to grab him from behind. He'd tucked the blade between his ribs and arm too quick, catching the droid by surprise. Just as the artificial life left it's eyes he spun it around while still stuck on his blade, bringing it around to smack the one to the side he was still blocking with his left sword. Jarring him loose.

Multiple explosions went off at a distance, Trunks noticing just now that another battle was taking place closer to the inner area of Orange Star. He went to look for just a moment, eye's squinting with focus in order to try and feel out the power coming from that way. Interruption in the form of another droid impeded him, a metallic fist breaking through his guard and socking him on the left side of his jaw. He swore he could hear Rokka laughing in the background but didn't think to look. Survival was his priority.

Just beyond his fight, Rokka was on the defensive; dual droids assaulting him in unison forcing him to dodge and block until he could find an opening. In the air they flew at a tremendous speed, Rokka losing ground as the two robots pressed forward; increasing the speed of their attacks to the max. The moment he was waiting for came in quick, almost too fast as he nearly lost his opportunity to strike. One kicked but he bent low underneath it and grabbed on, a lapse in the other's attacks allowing him to spin it around and send him flying into his droid companion. As the two combined into a sandwich of metal and wires he released a full power energy wave, an explosion occurring that was impossible to walk away from for the two.

Trunks' was left with his two and has Rokka looked over, he saw his young companion flipping around ferociously in the air; a seemingly never ending series of somersaults. At this angle he released the two blades within his hands, launched them at the two droids while following right behind them. Just as the two swords pierced their targets, he placed a foot on each and pulled the swords free; back flipping away just in time to avoid their self destruction programming after becoming badly damaged.

He didn't seem to be done though, one sword swung in a wide arc behind him. The sharp end of the blade coming to rest on...A neck? Rokka couldn't believe his eyes for a moment. But there it was, a beautiful young woman materialized in the middle of the battlefield.

"Explain yourself!" Trunks commanded, not put off by her features like Rokka. The edge of the blade grew closer, threatening to puncture flesh should she try something.

She batted her eyelashes and tried to look helpless, but Trunks wasn't falling for it. He pressed he blade in further. "Okay! Okay!" She swatted the sword away impossibly fast. "Ha!" Just as she went to fly away, Rokka came up from behind her and put her in a full nelson.

"Play nice now sweety!" He whispered in her ear, licking his lips in temptation. "Tell us what we want to know and you might just walk away alive!"

A great sigh escaped her lips, she had no choice. "We're here for Goku and his family..." The words sparked a memory in Trunks'.

Goku is over there? His eyes went to where the explosions had come from. "Who else is with you! Red Ribbon never attacks unless they have overwhelming odds stacked in their favor." He asked aloud.

"The Great Commander Crimson...You scared now? You should be..." She said.

"Never heard of him," Rokka strengthened his grip on the female, causing her to yelp in pain. He looked to Trunks for approval but found the boy still staring off in another direction. "What now Trunks?"

"Release her," he said after a long moment of silence. "We got bigger fish to fry!" Taking off like a bat out of hell, Trunks' made a b-line for Bardock and Gohan; who he thought was Goku.

"Blah! No fun!" Spinning around, he released the women and tossed her to the other side of the city; taking off behind Trunks' after doing so.

Gohan had transformed into his Giji state, transforming wasn’t something he was used to doing and had only decided to use it when it was totally necessary. Unlike Gohan’s father and grandfather he didn’t have as complete control over his body when he powered up this much. The raven haired teenager knew he would need to control himself in the battles he was about to endure knowing more the red ribbon armies men were out in the city as explosions still could be heard and seen throughout the area. The son of Goku stood in the battle torn city with his grandfather.

“They have caused too much damage here… they all have to be stopped today” The raven haired hybrid thought as he examined the damage as saw many lifeless and dismembered bodies covering the sidewalks.

“Trunks is approaching” Gohan thought silently as he knew the more help they could get they would be able to stop the ongoing onslaught as he sensed the familiar energy signature approaching. Trunks was the most similar person to him that lived on Earth, although being completely different for the most part they were both hybrids having both Human and Saiyan blood. The mixture was able to grant them more human like emotions while retaining the strength the Saiyan race possessed which left them with unimaginable potential which was growing by the day.
The boy glanced at his grandfather Bardock and noticed he was consistently glancing around as he was looking for someone or something. Gohan didn’t know what to think of it as he presumed the older Saiyan knew something he didn’t.

“Is something wrong?” Gohan asked the full blooded Saiyan as he turned to the younger boy as he wasn’t aware about commander crimson who without being detected was lurking himself closer and closer to the standing spot of grandfather and grandson duo.

Chapter Seven:
Blazing Fists!

Bardock’s eyes began scanning the streets, he knew Crimson had to be here somewhere, that damned commander wouldn’t just let Bardock off the hook. In the few minutes the two had clashed Bardock learned a lot about the commander’s mindset and battle style. Commander Crimson wasn’t one to let things go nor was he one to show mercy, that much was for certain, so just what was taking the commander so long to return? Could he be afraid, afraid of Bardock and Gohan’s combined power?

“Is something wrong?” Gohan asked, he’d noticed Bardock’s eyes moving from building to building and street to street.

“Gohan, we have to take to the sky, if things persist this city will be reduced to ashes.” Bardock said as his azure aura formed around his body, tracing his muscular frame. “I am sure Commander Crimson won’t go down without a fight and I won’t be able to hold back if I intend to survive, so we need to get out of here, wouldn’t want to destroy this place while trying to defend it.” Bardock said shaking his head. A Saiyan fighting to defend humans of all things, the idea itself was absurd.

The father of Goku kicked into the air, climbing into the smoke blotted sky. Flames were still raging through the city streets and cause smoke clouds to consume the once beautiful sky. As Bardock climbed, he took note of something off to the east. There were two beings heading towards Gohan’s location, they were both garbed in Saiyan armor. Bardock paused for a moment, a puzzled expression forming on his face.

“Who in the wor-” Bardock was cut off as a searing pain ran through his body. The father of Raditz released a gack as the wind was knocked out of him. The raven haired Saiyan’s body suddenly and abruptly jerked backward, by some unknown force. The world around Bardock seemed to be spinning, his mind fighting to comprehend what had just happened.

It was that bastard crimson wasn’t it. Bardock thought as he regained control of his spiraling body. Bardock’s jet black orbs quickly locked onto the cursed Commander, he held a sickening grin on his face and his eyes flashed a sinister vermilion.

“Having trouble Saiyan?” The commander asked rhetorically.

“Heh, course not, I am actually just getting started!” As Bardock made his declaration, his hair flared upward, his black irises faded leaving on the whites of his eyes, his muscles bulged and his aura began a dark yellow. Auburn sparks of energy cackled around Bardock’s torso, as he took on the Giji Super Saiyan form. “I’m done holding back, hope you’re ready to die.” Bardock’s lack of irises made his threat all the more fear striking.

“Hmph this form again? Just because it beat that idiot Seven don’t think it will do the same against me.”

“Well then..” Bardock’s voice trailed off as he faded from view, like a ghost in the night. Less than a second later the transformed Saiyan faded into existence, directly in front of Commander Crimson. Bardock’s right fist was lodged in the commander’s chest, “We’ll just have to see about that won’t we.” Bardock whispered as he withdrew his fist.

The moment Bardock’s fist left its new punching bag Crimson released a painstaking cry as brought his hands to the inflicted area. The Commander released a stream of curses that only a member of the military could devise. After twenty seconds of not stop cursing and angry grunts the commander returned his attention to his foe.

“You’re stronger than I predicted, even I didn’t expect such a speed and power increase.” Crimson’s voice was void of pain. “But it still won’t be enough. “

     “Shut up and fight.”

Both Bardock and Crimson vanished from view, the two of them moving faster than the naked eye could see. The only evidence of the two was the thundering sounds of their knuckles clashing and the sudden dispersal of the various smoke clouds that billowed in the air. Bardock and Crimson seemed to be perfectly matched neither of them pulled a single punch and neither of them were able to land a direct strike. The two warriors began streaking across the sky, their fists collided with each and every movement.

“Not bad Saiyan!” Crimson roared as he kicked backwards, “I didn’t even think Goku would be this strong.” Crimson said as his auburn aura sparked around his body.

“Didn’t I tell you to just shut up and fight?” Bardock asked rhetorically as a grin spread across his lips.

The true battle between the two had yet to begin and soon the Calvary would arrive for both parties. The only question that remained was, just how would that affect them battle? Whose Calvary was better?

Gohan was amazed at the power his grandfather was generating as he took to the skies fighting the red ribbon commander known as Crimson. The raven haired boy was in the same transformation however there were huge differences that he had with the older Saiyan while in this state, with the major one being control. Bardock seemed to maneuver freely while in his transformed state as if he didn’t have any drainage on his body. The teenage boy felt extreme drainage on his body when he transformed and wasn’t able to master and harness the power that he was being generated.

The hybrid Saiyan was silently watching his Grandfather fight wondering how exactly strong he was, he seemed as strong as his father and picking one who felt stronger would present a challenge. The teenage boy was caught up watching the fight he had almost forgotten that there were still more threats in the city and he had to stop them before the whole city was destroyed. A gold yellowish aura exploded around the body of Gohan as he dashed into the air and was ready to scout out the city for anymore threats. Despite Gohan being able to sense energies all over the universe, he knew very well sensing androids out were impossible since they didn’t use any KI energy thus making them all ways suppressed.

'‘Where are they… knowing these guys they have surely brought more reinforcements than this” Gohan thought as he glanced causally around the city and noted that the explosions had stopped, but why was the question. Everything was calm other than the fight with his grandfather and Crimson but the teenager had the feeling something bad was about to happen. Turning around one last time Gohan spotted the sight of the red ribbons Calvary finally coming in and rushing towards his location.

“You got to be kidding me” Gohan broke out in disbelief as he watched as almost a dozen headless droid looking machines stopped right in front of him and began to surround him. Gohan wasn’t sure how powerful these things were but he knew he had to find a way to defeat them as quick as possible because fighting twelve things at once wasn’t going to be easy. Gohan quickly re-released his energy as a burst of goldish energy aura exploded around his body once more as he watched the formation of the droids was taking place around him.

“Terminating Gohan Son” The closest driod spoke with his mechanical voice as the all of the mechanical creations of the red ribbon army quickly lifted their laser arms and fired a sun orange energy wave as all twelve hit Gohan on direct contact as it ran an immense pain throughout the boy’s body.

Smoke covered the boy’s body as more burn and scars began to take refuge on his body. Gohan knew he couldn’t take one more attack like that and he needed get out of their sight as soon as possible.

Chapter Eight:
A Legend Returns

Bardock’s fists flew through the air, each one breaking the sound barrier as if it were a twig. The various sonic booms that rode the air added to the tension of battle, of war. Bardock and his Commander of a foe were going all out with the full intent of killing one another. The two of them seemed to be perfectly matched in all areas of combat. Speed, power, battle instinct, wits and every aspect of battle one could imagine. Both contenders had been through the ringer and both had fought in hellish wars. The question now was, which one would break first? Which one would give out under the mounting pressure?

The ear shattering sound of explosive rang through the city below, bringing Bardock and Crimson’s clash to standstill. Both Bardock and Crimson looked towards the thundering explosion below and the newly formed smoke cloud. Something had just laid an entire block to nothing but rubble and had possibly taken the lives of multiple families. From the smoke twelve figures could be made out, they were walking through their handy work. As they stepped out from the shroud of debris it became obvious just what they were, fully robotic beings void of human emotion or features.

“So it seems my friends have arrived before yours, hope you know that grandson of yours is about to die.” Crimson said with a devilish grin as his attention returned to Bardock.

Bardock didn’t respond, he was too busy watching the twelve androids take aim at Gohan. Before Bardock could react, before he could warn his grandson the automatons fired. The twelve robots released bursts of energy as bright as the sun itself. The twelve blasts quickly merged into one and engulfed Bardock’s beloved grandson and sent him tumbling through the already decimated city.

“Go-Gohan!” Bardock shouted, as he reached out aimlessly.

Something about this scene reminded Bardock of his own reality and what he witnessed on planet Vegeta. So many of Bardock’s comrades fell at his side, so many of them met their end during the blood filled Yokai War, Bardock even lost his wife to the bloodshed. To make things worse, Bardock lost his entire crew and his sons while on Earth before he’d crossed into this world. It was if all those he cared for died, all those he fought to protect had given their lives and for what? The father of Goku slowly rolled his hands into fists, something in his very core was being undone, a sort of lock. Bardock could feel a new power flooding through his veins, begging to be released in full. A thin grin formed on the father of Goku’s face as he slowly turned to Commander Crimson.

“You’ve pissed me off for the last time Commander Crimson. I have watched my family and friends die too many times to let it happen again.” As Bardock spoke he crossed his arms in front of his body. Bardock’s pupils slowly returned to his ghostly whites only this time they were a sea green. The strange eyed Saiyan’s aura slowly formed around his body, it hissed like a band of angry snakes as it formed. Bardock’s once dark yellow aura steadily became brighter, becoming a shining golden, not unlike the sun. The transforming Saiyan’s muscles began to tense and bulge ever so slightly, and his hair began to flash a golden yellow just like his aura.

“I won’t let my future repeat itself.” Bardock said under his breath as he closed his eyes. Totepo, Panbuken, Fasha, Toma, Raditz, Kenji, Kakarrot, Sharrotto. This power I feel, it’s a gift from all of you isn’t it? Well I won’t fail you; your sacrifices won’t be in vein. You gave your lives for me and I owe it to you to move forward. Bardock slowly opened his eyes as his thoughts drew to a close, “Thank you my friends.” With that Bardock uncrossed his arms and let them fly to his sides. The scar faced warrior released a mighty roar a brilliant light overtook the sky, it pierced the dust filled clouds and sent them to the four winds. The smoking symbols of hell soon follow suit, but what just what did all this mean? What was this strange light and what was this transformation that was consuming the hell ridden skies?

As the events in the skies unfolded things on the ground persisted unhindered by the spectacle in the sky. Bardock’s grandchild, Gohan, was sprawled out in the ruin of a skyscraper, his body beaten and mangled. Gohan was a sitting duck, no one seemed ready or rather capable of coming to his aid. The twelve agents of death were advancing towards the wreckage, their energy weapons trained to fire. The twelve droids moved methodically, void of human tendency, they were proficient and exact. The twelve killers lined walked side by side as if in a military formation, they soon came to a halt as they reached a distance of ten meters from where Gohan laid in pain.

“Target injured but not terminated.” One of the robots spoke, its voice lacked emotion it was purely that of a machine, chips and hardware.

“Aiming Proton Cannon. Target lock confirmed.” Another robot piped up, its voice as emotionless as the previous robot.

     “Firing.”

Without a moment of hesitation the bots released a burst of proton induced energy, the twelve blasts quickly became one. The proton blast moved with a killer precision and it gave no evidence it was capable of being stopped, but that evidence would soon be brought to the table. Mere seconds before the proton wave was to make contact, something or rather someone got in its path. The proton blast rammed into some unseen force and sent a surge of orange plasmatic sparks in all directions. Amidst the sparks a black energy lined in a dark red could be seen flaring in the wind. Slowly the proton blast dispersed, fading away like a ghost in the night. The hissing sound of something burning filled the air, as a figure came into view, shrouded by an unexpected smokescreen. Suddenly a strange black and red disk, not unlike the energy previously seen flaring in the wind, cut through the smokescreen.

An orange haired man with amber eyes, brown pants, an auburn shirt and colorless jacket could be seen standing between the droids and their objective, “Sorry I am a little late.” The carrot toped teenager said with a half smile, “I only now finished with Kami’s training, wish I could have been here to stop all this needless death.” The unnamed eighteen year old said as his eyes moved across the hellish scene. “But there is no time for me to feel sorry, instead I will take out my grievances on these idiots.”

The yet to be named teen slowly brought the strange energy fueled weapon in front of his body. A sapphire aura quickly consumed his body, engulfing him like the flames of hell. “Time I show you who you’re really dealing with.” The savior of Gohan said under his breath. The strange energy that surrounded the four pronged disk, kicked backwards, blowing over his body like a hurricane. The sapphire energy was quickly overtaken by the crimson and black energy and it shot upward like a beacon in the night.

The strange beacon of chaotic energy suddenly dispersed as a black katana cut through it. The strange energy spiraled around the unnamed eighteen year old and faded beneath the teen’s skin. It had seeped into his very core. Before both Gohan and the twelve androids now stood an orange haired man garbed I a black shuhakusho, not unlike that of a Japanese kimono.

“The name’s Damian Urakari and I am the Akki Ryuuza reborn, I hope the Red Ribbon can handle the wrath of a demon hybrid.” As Damian introduced himself he vanished from sight, not even the robots could keep track of his inhuman movements. The sound of tearing metal and sparks filled the air, but no apparent cause could be seen at least not with the naked eye. The twelve bloodless droids fell to the ground, in pieces. Damian had taken care of all twelve of them in one fell swoop, he moved to fast to be tracked and had the killing potential not even an assassin could match.

The orange haired swordsman faded into view, in his previous location only now he had his back to the slain androids. Damian shook his head and began walking towards Gohan, who was sprawled out in the rubble. “The Red Ribbon Army really has done a number on you huh? Well good thing Kami sent me here to help you guys out.” Damian said as he pulled Gohan from the rubble and placed him on the street. The sword wielding newcomer reached inside his kimono and pulled out a small green bean, this bean was known as a Senzu Bean. Damian knelt next to Gohan and brought the bean to Gohan’s lips, “I’m sure you know what this is, take it and get those wounds healed.” Damian said as he pushed the bean into Gohan’s mouth.

“Now then, I wonder how Bardock is fairing.” Damian said as he stood up, his eyes wandering towards the sky above.

As the events on the ground drew to a close, the events of the sky started to kick start once again. The brilliant light that once consumed the skies had vanished and the dark clouds that once loomed over the city vanished. The billow smoke clouds had also taken their leave, banished by Bardock’s illuminating energy. Now only two things remained in the azure sky, Bardock and Commander Crimson. One of the two had an awe-stricken expression, they’d been captivated by the events that had unfolded. The one who’d been gripped by this unknowable fear was Commander Crimson, for Bardock had done something no one thought possible. Bardock had become a Super Saiyan.

“Does this form scar you Commander?” Bardock said, his eyes lacked any signs of anger or hatred, they were cold as steel.

“Impossible, what is this form? No Saiyan could even achieve this much, no Saiyan could ever generate this much power!” The Commander said as he balled his hands into fists.

“Well all your data is wrong, because you know as well I, what I have become.” Bardock’s golden aura began to dance around him like a tribe around a barn fire, “I’ve ascended, I have become a Super Saiyan.” Bardock said a grin spread across his lips and emotion returned to his once cold eyes. “Now, let’s see if you and your army of ingrates has what it takes to defeat a Super Saiyan.” An ominous gust of wind blew past the two warriors, Bardock’s golden hair flowed with the wind and it somehow made the Saiyan even more threatening.

“This…This changes nothing! You’re still going to die you and your pitiful grandchild!” Crimson roar as his aura exploded around his body and his muscles bulged, the commander’s power was on the rise, but would it be able to increase enough to match that of a Super Saiyan?
