Name: Crime Spree
Available: Always
Difficulty: Any

Description: A group known as the Black Claw gang, comprised mainly of animal people has gone on a crime spree in Metro North. The outbreak has caught the law enforcement by complete surprise and the bandits are better armed than the police force. They are on the brink of having to call in the military and put the entire city under military quarantine till the crimes are stopped. It is your choice, will you take the law into your hands and gather up the criminals or will you slaughter them all to end this nonsense so you can get back to the normal flow of things?

The city had been blocked off, a quarantine to keep the gang from being released into the city. Police and detectives were on every border. They had even called the millitary into it. Android 19 had arrived into the city to inquire information about the Saiyan race, and now he was stuck. His CPU ran this situation over and over, trying to come up with a logical solution for the problem. Over a thousands different logical options presented themselves to him. But the process of thinning them down was the test, it took several hours. The android in REM sleep. He was located on a building, the Earth pouring rain in the evening sky. His metallic body was designed to resist water damage.

Suddenly his body let off a beep and his eyes opened, flashing red before becoming the regular blue as his body went back to one hundred percent capacity. His CPU poured information into him, his entire briefing being put into his brain at rapid speeds. The Saiyan threat would have to wait, for at least four hours. As the timer began to tick off, the android leaped from the building. He landed on the ground slowly. Taking a few emotionless looks around, the location of the gangs base became narrowed down to three places.

The logical solution was to find and destroy the gang, even though they were not a threat to the Earth for now, they could easily become one in the future. With their numbers increasing, they could take over prime locations of the Earth, then they would easily become a powerful tyranic organization, thus becoming strong enough to take over the Saiyans and then creating a new nightmareish future. This had to be prevented through whatever means neccessary. Android 19 walked among the streets of the city, the rain keeping people inside of their homes. Shady figures hid among the shadows, but none of them attempted to stop him.

His power level, boosted to a strong twenty one thousand. Much higher than the figures that circled him, the highest he noticed was at least fifteen thousand, he made a data file on that one. Keeping it in his large database. The android shifted his power around, keeping fifty percent in his battle systems while keeping the other fifty in his reserves. This made his power level ten thousand, hopefully this would make the figures attack him, it seemed like the logical answer. Unless the figures lacked ki sensing abilities. He continued to walk, while he walked. His CPU presented an interesting situation, it was more of an sentient question really.

But the android was far from sentient, he possesed emotions. But he didn't know how to tap into them, and if he did. Then he didn't know it. The question wondered why Doctor Gero had built him the way he had, short and stocky with white skin and limited body structure. Was it because the doctor was feeling humourous that day? Or was there a logical reason? The doctor always seemed to have a logical reason to everything he did. It was why he was the creator. The doctor was a cheery man, a troubled past. But he was a very cheery man. Android 19 had been created to protect the future, and yet. His CPU beeped loudly, it seemed more logical that he had been created to be a friend. For a man with none.

But before he could "think" about it anymore. Suddenly several shadowy figures jumped from the shadowy walls at lightning speeds. Their faces painted black and their teeth filed into sharp fangs, the android looked at their eyes, pure yellow. He strained to zoom in, but upon doing so. It was obvious they were only contacts. A human device used to enhance their ability to see. Two of them suddenly lit their hands on fire, the android observed them and then noted the gauntlets, they were coated in a sticky liquid, causing the gauntlets to become flammable in water and very very high in temperature.

The android looked at the three of them, keeping his power level masked at ten thousand, his body only slightly glowing. The three of them circled him, growling and making snarling noises. The android computed on why they did this, finally coming up with the conclusion that it was an intimidation tactic, but it bothered him naught. He didn't have any emotions to become intimidated. Suddenly he increased his power level to his maximum. His body glowing as the air around his feet swirled. He let off a highly evil smile, trying to intimidate the intimidators. It worked.

The hybrids got back, snarling and waving their hands around, resting them at their sides. Crouching lower to the ground, Android 19's smile became more wicked. The hybrids snarled, suddenly dashing forwards striking out with their fiery gauntlets. But the android had already dissapeared from sight, scanning the power levels as he dashed around the area at lightning speeds, remaining from view until he gauged them enough to know how much power he would need for a death blow.

Power levels ranging from four thousand to seven poured in. He nodded and adjusted his power gaugers in his hands, holding them together he suddenly stopped in mid-air. Behind the beasts who were still looking around confusedly. The android smile faded from his face as he powered a powerful blast into his palms, glowing red in the dark rainy sky. The hybrids turned too late as the power blast (gauged at a fifteen thousand power level) fired out into the night, when it hit the night sky lit up silently, and then vanished. The android continued to stand in the pouring rain, scanning the area for any other scans of life. But finding none he nodded and turned flying again.

His scanners were high-tech, observing the clothes of the opponents had allowed him to calculate the exact location of this gang keeping quarantine in the city. The sewer, determining by the amount of musk on the clothing as well as the sensitivity to light. This was the most logical place. As he arrived at the sewer, he observed it for several seconds. Then placing his hands upon it he melted the bars. Checking his energy levels, his body still glowing (although not as bright as before).

Seventy-nine percent. Still an high amount. Plenty for what he needed to do. He slid his stocky body down the sewer, levitating in the air as he turned on his optic analyzer, changing the setting to heat seeking in one eye and infared in the other. Looking around he scanned the area, remnants of the gang obvious everywhere he looked. This was the place, he continued to hover, wanting to avoid crevices and slippery floors, better to not waste any energy and he needed to keep as much of it as he possibly could.

Suddenly he veered left, brightness flooded in from a brightly lit room, causing his eyes to become flashed. He switched to normal optics quickly and continued to hover closer. Upon entering the bright room, the android scanned around. Detecting no movement, this couldn't be the gang's hideout. Previous data had shown them to be scared of the light. Suddenly there was a loud noise to the left of him, turning he motionless watched as dozens of humans, locked in cages called for help and shouted. The noises bounced off the walls, creating a powerful echo effect. The android raised his hand, a powerful blast forming, he fired it at the cages. As they incinerated, killing the people. Only one was left alive, a common tactic to spread fear. Leave one alive to tell the story, so that others came to fear you. Meaning you would have the fear factor advantage.

The human looked at the cages and stammered out,

"Wh- What the hell man!?"

The android looked at him, his CPU causing his facial muscles to become an intimidating frown, the android then spoke.

"They were too noisy, consider yourself the lucky one. You will go home and tell your family of me, spread the word human. Tell them that Android 19 is a force to not be meddled with."

The human scrambled away, tripping over his own feet as he did so, the android turned back towards the caverns leading into the darkness, the blast had created noise, which meant there were probably many of the creatures in the shadows, the android switched his optics again, heat-seeking and infared. He had been correct, waiting just in the darkness were many heat signatures, awaiting to ambush him the first chance they got. The android gauged another blast, firing it into the dark hole. Scattering the darklings and killing some, creating an opening.

His body still glowed, but faintly. Checking his energy levels, he noted he was on fourty-seven percent. He adjusted the energy from his reserves, boosting his energy levels to sixty-two percent. Nodding he continued to walk, with fifteen percent left in reserves, he would have to be careful on how he used his energy. He continued to walk, avoiding the charred remains of his fallen foes. He was nearing the base of the main darklings. Or more specifically, the Black Claw Gang. Android 19 ran the name through his CPU, searching for anything in his database, the only file he found was that the Black Claw had been wiped out in the Super Saiyan's second attack, trying to defend a valuable depot of resources.

The android continued to walk, taking images of the walls, logging them into the file. Better to have the data in the CPU now. Someday he might transfer the files into a new unit, it would have to be as well informed as possible. He passed another body, kneeling down he took a skin DNA sample and logged it as well, analyzing the data until it came back to him, the being was fifty percent humanoid and fifty percent feral beast. Slowly the android stood up again, suddenly coming upon the end of the tunnel.

Looking around himself, he noted that the room was at least two hundred feet high, with decorated murals all over the walls and ceilings. It was odd for a gang such as that to have such a well dressed room, taking more images and filing them. The android suddenly heard a clap. Turning quickly and looking, he saw the leader of the Black Claws. Scanning the man, he made a file on him. Searching the data base, the CPU often didn't include personal files with data files, meaning that just having the Black Claw Gang file didn't mean he didn't have any files on it's members.

One came up, observing it the android nodded. Emanuel Black, the leader of the Black Claws, total power level of seventeen thousand, eighteenth member to die during the raid. Android 19 had to destroy him, now. Preventing the future event from occuring. Android 19 watched him, the figure coming into full view.

Emanuel Black
Spoiler: click to toggle

The android stared at him, analyzing and scanning him. Checking for weaknesses and possible openings. Suddenly the figure dashed forwards, attempting to slash him with the blade on his arm, but the android managed to move in time. He decided it would be better if he didn't mess around. He got away from the man beast and tapped a button on his arm, small and hidden from sight. His power exploded as his Glitch upgrade loaded into his CPU. Increasing his power level significantly. His energy levels shot up beyond their limits, his body glowing brightly. His eyes becoming a dark red as he focused all his energy into his battle systems. Electricity surged off of his body, the android did a logical menacing smile, observing the fear in the man beasts eyes.

It was over within a few minutes, the android dashed forwards, providing a beat down unlike any other on the man beast. Breaking his bones and destroying his organs until he was a bloody pool upon the ground. It was over so fast, the android stood over the body as the Glitch upgrade faded, he bent down, placing his hands over the man he began to drain his energy, sucking it into the android. With a nod and a smile (The CPU causing a logical display of pride), the android stood up. Walking out, the entire thing had ended so quickly. It had been such a short fight, twenty point two two seconds. As he walked out, the rain had stopped and for some reason, people just knew it was over. With the quarantine lifted, the android flew into the air. His mission completed, the future one step closer to being saved.

And yet, there was still one problem, the Saiyan threat was still there...

The real Emanuel Black, hiding within the shadows keeping his power masked, slowly landed on the ground. Walking over to the copy he knelt down and placed his hands upon it, it became a black gelatinous blob, slowly materializing back into his hands. With a smile he watched as the shadow of the android dissapeared from sight. Emanuel Black, far smarter than any foolish robot would ever assume. Placing his hands along the ground, shadows poured out from every corner of his body, spreading to each fallen member of the Black Claw Gang, as the shadows poured into their bodies, they rose. Becoming the undead army of a fallen demon lord. With a smirk, Emanuel Black let out a cackle, his eyes turning pure black. His body became covered with tattoos and marks showing riddles and questions of the damned souls. He would rise again, this had only been the test. The war would be soon.

Meanwhile the android had been flying, far away from the city. He had already broadcasted a message to the police, along with a detailed video of the whole thing, it had been quite the experience, logging it into his databanks. The android marked it with the current date, long before the threat of the Super Saiyans. The android's body surged with energy, he was running low. He would have to charge himself upon arriving back in his hideout. A small center in the middle of a forest in a cave, equipped with high tech equipment and thousands of upgrade chips.

Currently the android was out of their capacity, his power needing to grow far more before being able to insert most of them, the android smiled slowly, even though their was no one nearby, it was a logical "feeling" of pride, he scanned his base power level, twenty-one thousand, rising with every upgrade and patch loaded into him. Arriving at the cave, he spoke the passcode and entered, the familiar lab appeared before him. Walking inside, his face emotionless and cold. Walking towards a charger, he plugged it into his hidden chest sockets, entering REM sleep as thousands of upgrades poured into him, tiny little things each one was, a new martial arts move or a new datafile on some random person or place. Loading the whole amount of data into his systems all at once would cause him to short-circuit. Meaning that a new android model would have to be created to send back into time, and Dr. Gero certainly didn't have that much time to do so.

Android 19 slowly laid back, his charging began, at the rate and speed at which is was going, it would take until morning...

Meanwhile...

The city had been overun, no one had been able to send out a broadcast, with Mr. Black at the head, the entire city had been completely taken over, trimuphantly, the demon cackled out into the night. His eyes turned from pure black to pure red, the demon sighing as black rain began to fall. Looking out over the distance he said out loud in a voice that had not been heard in centuries.

"Father! I will return! You will accept me again! If I have to destroy the Earth for you to welcome me back in open arms so be it!"
