The android had received a letter. It was in an unmarked manila-envelope, except for one word stamped across the front; [URGENT] He has been hesitant to open the letter and left it sitting for several days on the control-console of his old Egg-shaped shuttle. Finally he came to the envelope, snatching it up in his nervous-hands and ripped at the thick-paper like a kid; tearing open his huge-presents underneath the big, green tree. As the android's eyes skimmed over the letter; names and locations became amplified on the piece of paper and stamped into his brain. His mind read aloud to the inside of his head:
Android X's hand muscles contracted violently and his fingers could no longer maintain their grip on the paper. His eyes watched as it sailed slowly to the floor and contacted in silence against the surface of his Egg-shaped shuttle's stained floor. The android stared at the letter for a few moments, watching the edges of the paper catch little breezes of air and fold inward as though breathing occasionally. Android X left the confines of his Egg-like shuttle and went for a walk to think about what he had just read. The name on the letter had peaked his interest.. Yargniz Vozax. The android's brain swelled and then contracted, releasing a mass of chemicals and fluid sputtering and suckling through tubes and running over circuitry. A flashback trigger inside the android's mind; seeing images from a time before. The android recalled the intensity of the events that had unfolded in a prison-compound where he had been held. The wicked-experience flashed through the android's mind, playing out in its entirety, though some parts were fast-forwarded through. Finally the android's mind slowed the images to a Play mode and watched carefully as he looked upon himself, looking upon the face of an Arlian male. The Arlian's name, was Yargniz Vozax. He had found the man locked in cell, much like he had been. As the android had explored the inner-workings of the dungeon, he had thought perhaps it would nearly-abandoned, and for the most part he had been right. If the prisoners weren't crying or sobbing or screaming bloody-murder, it probably meant there was a new cell available for some other unfortunate-soul to be tossed into. Android X blinked his eyes and then pulled them open. He looked upward at the sky of Planet Vegeta as he walked slowly across an open field. He rolled the name over and over in his head, the face accompanying it to the corners of his mind and then coming to a stop back in the middle for further examination and remembrance.. ..Vozax. The android then stopped suddenly and squinted his eyes. He had been looking upward through the skies of Vegeta and had been able to see some foreign satellites floating in the distance.. The android shrugged the balls off as the moons he had heard about that orbited this planet. He stared hard at them, trying to gaze past them... to see further. His mind filled with curious-kid like wonder at the new environment he would be traveling to tomorrow.. ..Which reminded him; he needed to get home and pack! Android X's hands tightened and his fingers burned. He pulled his fingertips hard into the palms of his hands; clenching them in tight-fists. He then let out a terrifying belch-like Bark and ripped upward into the sky. The android slammed his foot upward through the air as he ascended with incredible-speed. The kick, forced his body to flip backward in a back-flip motion and as his head rotated underneath his body, he whipped his shoulders and hips in unison to the right. The sudden whip of his hips and shoulders caused his body to spiral wildly and he flew upward still, his foot extended in power, protruding from a sturdy leg. Suddenly the android tucked his extended-leg in against his pelvis tightly and the change caused his body to flip forward. Android X was now spinning and flipping through the sky and traveling upward, higher and higher. The android focused internally, pulling all his Ki Energy together and then he let out another scream. The android's spinning, flipping and upward ascension all ceased instantly and he propelled his limbs outward to sturdy himself as he halted. The android slowly released the tight grasp of his finger's knuckles into his palms. His hands relaxed and in turn, so did his forearms, elbows, upper-arms and shoulders. He leaned his head from side to side, gently elongated and stretching his tightened traps and neck muscles. He made gentle circles with his hips, trying to loosen and relax his core and thigh muscles, as well as his unbelievably tight lower-back. As the android's body began to calm and relax, he closed and reopened his eyes; looking downward at Planet Vegeta. His eyes sat in one stop, studying all hey could see within his one area of focus. His peripherals did their best to register some foggy information on the outskirts of his focus. Android X looked upon the land and general mood of the environment. Since his arrival on this planet... it had become a sort of home to the android. He looked closely, perhaps not with his eyes, but with his mind. The android wasn't so much looking at the planet, but for himself. He sighed heavily, remembering the Ocean-covered planet he had awaken on...and his short time there. Android X searched through his mind, and then shut the book suddenly in his own face. The past was over; no point in bringing up all these hurtful emotions every time he felt a hint of nostalgia. Android X collapsed and then retracted his eyelids. He turned his head slightly, really admiring the beauty of what lay beneath him now. He had come to enjoy this new place, though he had come here unwillingly. His mind attempted to caress the heart-felt emotion for a brief instance; but suddenly, there was motion again.. The android rocketed downward; flying at full speed, face-first toward the surface of the planet. Just as he was about to slam head-first into the hard dirt, Android X's mouth launched the same barking technique from before and his Ki Energy surged like a Dam breaking. The energy from the water busting through the dam's high walls could be seen in the way the android's head suddenly came to a stop and his downward rushing body bust past it, launching through with intense power. As his body surpassed his head's depth in altitude; it encountered the same sudden stop and the tips of the android's toes knocked softly against the hard ground. He relaxed slightly and the arches and heels of his feet joined his toes on the surface. Anyway... back to packing. Android X lay, asleep on the ground, out front of his Egg-shaped space pod. His lips rose and fell as he breathed inward and outward, inhaling and exhaling. His sleep was a deep-much needed one.. After his little exercise of control, his body has become exhausted and he had collapsed on his walk toward the inside of his shuttle. The android lay sleeping-soundly in the dirt and his chest rose and fell with every breath. The android's dreams took him to a land far away.. He was sitting in a room. His eyes didn't move and he used a similar focus as he did in the sky of Planet Vegeta to look at his surroundings. His peripherals took in as much as they could comprehend and his forward focused-zone of sight displayed an empty room. No... it wasn't empty after all. There in the corner of the room; was an old man, sound asleep. Android X's eyes zoomed in, examining the sleeping man. His eyes moved ever so slightly, as he noticed the old man's chest gently rising... and falling... Android X woke up. His eyes looked upward at the sky and straight into the over-head sun. FUCK, thought he android as he slammed his eyes shut and threw a shielding hand over his eyes. The android had slept half the day away and now it was close to 1:00 in the afternoon. The android suddenly laughed inside.. He had been in all this rush to Get Ready for his trip and Needed to Pack! ...then it dawned on the android; he didn't own anything. The sky began to darken and several hours had passed, on the long-uneventful day on Planet Vegeta. The android had returned to his nap.. A long groan erupted from the quiet area that surrounded the Egg shuttle. The android's arms shot upward, stretching hard as he arched his lower back and kicked his legs out wildly in awakening. He rolled side to side and looked somewhat like a contortionist as he maneuvered his limbs into strange positions and arched his back in wild thrusting spurts. He extended his legs straight out and began to roll his ankles gently in slow-circles. His ears cheered in success and approval as loud Popping noises emitted from his rotating bones and ligaments. The android proceeded to work his body into a state of awakening; continuing the procedure throughout his wrists, neck and finally his fingers. As he lay them all across one another, he pushed downward and then lifted his hands together and pushed his palms inward toward his chest. He repeated this down and in motion several times, stretching his finger-joints and hands thoroughly. As the android's body finally felt as though it were in a comfortable-state to try; he climbed to his feet slowly. He looked around and saw that the lights had definitely dimmed on Planet Vegeta. He yawned a little, patting his palm against his lips.. Man, thought the android; that little stunt in the sky had really wore hm out earlier. The android cracked up a bottle of water and hydrated his tongue and throat. The cool water-rushed through his body, cascading along the sides of his lungs. The android breathed in deeply, amplifying the affect with a rush of cool air inward. Refreshing, thought the android and he set the empty bottle of water aside. Android X thought about his trip for a brief moment. He would be leaving tomorrow for the Big ball of ice known as Frost Planet. There, he would complete the job for this; Erthe person. The android's lips moved as though to sound out the name, but no sound emitted. He thought about the letter he had read earlier that day. He remembered the contents as though they were burned into his eye balls. He recalled the reference to the Arlian; Vorax. He skimmed through his memory, reading the letter over in his mind. He came slowly to the part about how he would reach the Frost Planet...a Teletube. Android X had never traveled in this manner before. In fact, he had only traveled by space pod on both of the occurrences that he had gone anywhere. The first time had been the longest, and perhaps most depressing. The android's mind flashed a quick glimpse of his journey from Earth to Planet Vegeta.. though there was one minor hiccup in the trip's otherwise smooth voyage. During this trip he had been in a small, single-person shuttle and hadn't moved for the majority of the trip. The android's mind raced forward through time to place him in his other memory of traveling in a space pod. This took place after he had arrived on Planet Vegeta and begun to search for answers. He had purchased a new-shuttle at a dealership and had taken it on a little joy-ride out of the planet's atmosphere.. ..Android X shook his head back to reality, sending the images and memories scattering. The android glanced at a clock on the inside of his now; beat-up, old shuttle and saw that the time had continued, to fly by... There were still a few things the android wanted to do before it was time to leave for his trip and suddenly he remembered; the letter! 4,000 Zeni had been attached in a Micro-Deposit to the letter he had received from this employer; this Erthe, contractor. Perfect, thought the android as he snatched the floor of his shuttle and bounded off into the darkening-outside-world. The android headed into the bright city and walked right down the main street, his eyes wandering left to right as he slowly stepped, one foot after another. As he progressed he became almost overwhelmed with the size of the place and the number of flashing signs; letting the outside passers-by know that the shops who had displayed them; were indeed OPEN. As the android looked down at the letter in his hand, his mind raced; thinking of all the things he could do with 4,000 Zeni. And here in the city, there were more possibilities than even his mind could ponder over. Suddenly one shop in particular caught his eye. It was a small antiques shop and the android curiously crept up to the window and cupped his hands around his eyes, peering inside. The glare was so bright from the lights across the street that the android could hardly see inside, and instead found himself looking mostly at a reflection of himself, peering at... himself. He shrugged at his feeble attempt and walked over to the door of shop. His hand reached out slowly, but surely and he gripped against the protruding handle of the glass and metal door. He tugged slightly against it and at first he felt as though he had made a mistake; when the door stuck against his advances. He tugged a little harder and the door finally came free and swung open. Android X walked inside and was instantly shocked by all the crazy things he saw. He had made it no farther than the welcome-rug and stopped, turning his head slowly, from left to right, right to left, scanning the entirety of the shop's inner-beauty. The android's mouth hung open slightly and little deposits of drool began to pool at the corners of his lips. His eyes were almost mesmerized by all the colors and textures and shiny, smooth, small things. He finally gathered the courage to take another step forward and upon doing so a Voice rang out suddenly. "You there!... How can I help you?" said the voice, coming from the android's right. Android X was frozen in terror; thinking at first he had done something wrong by advancing into the shop... maybe it had been closed after all and he had forced the door ajar.. Many negative thoughts and responses flashed through the android's brain, until it calculated the second-half of the voice's speech. The android turned to his right and saw a very small-woman, standing about five feet from him, with a big smile on her face. The woman was so short that the android would have mistaken her for another antique, just posed in the corner of the room as a display-model. The way she stood didn't help this impression, as she stood perfectly still, and the smile on her face, never seemed to waiver. Android X was motionless for several moments and then finally he shook his head in a slow manner. The small woman just smiled bigger and then sound came up from her throat and out her mouth once more.. "Let me know if you need anything sonny..." The android tilted his forehead down slightly and then proceeded onward, deeper into the shop. As he searched the shelves and walked up and down the isles tirelessly, he marveled at the hundreds of small trinkets, gizmos, gadgets, souvenirs and other weird things that the android had never seen before. Finally as he reached the far back shelf of the shop, his eyes fell upon something... interesting. Android X's eyes smiled in a joyful manner as he walked down the sidewalk, heading away from the Antique shop. There was an extra-little, skip in his step and a little less Zeni in his pocket. The android returned to his Egg-like shuttle and walked inside, he looked around at all the usual things, in their usual places. He sighed slightly, thinking about the dullness of the interior of his shuttle, compared to the bright, amazing, liveliness of the antique shop he had gone to earlier. He wanted to decorate the inside of his shuttle in such a way that when he came inside it, he would feel as though he were back inside the antique shop. The android's mind humored his fantasy further by thinking, he could perhaps even pay the little, old woman to come and stand in the corner.. Finally, the android's fantasy bubble popped and reality rained down on his head, splashing into his eyes and washing away the bright, fancy colors and lights; to his dull, empty shuttle. Suddenly his hand; shot with speed like a lightning-strike; into his left pants-pocket. Without any sort of digging or fidgeting he pulled his hand upward, the material of his pocket clinging to his hand momentarily and then letting go. As the material fell away, the android's hand rose quickly and he brought his partially-closed hand right up in front of his face. He closed his eyes and slowly uncurled his fingers, his palm flat and face up. As he pulled his eyelids apart and looked forward, his blurry vision began to focus. Just as it had been when he was at the antique-shop, the small object captured his mind's interest and curiosity. There, in the palm of his hand, staring back at him, was a little monkey-boy, dressed in what looked like red-pajamas. The android turned his palm slightly, bending at his wrist and examined the small statue from a different angle. There, poking out of the back-side of the monkey-boy's red pajama-bottoms, was a brown tail, curling around just like a monkey's! The android's eyes smiled happily at his purchase and he continued to look it over. The statue was very interesting in many different ways.. but perhaps the most interesting thing about it... the thing that had caught the android's eyes in the first place; was what the monkey-boy was holding.. The android pulled his head back, away from the statue in his hand slightly, his vision widening and allowing him to look upon the statue as a whole. Now, with the small monkey boy in full view, the android scanned upward, starting at the statue's feet. His eyes slowly climbed, a centimeter at a time, up the legs, stomach, chest, shoulders, upper arms and neck, head and forearms, wrists, and finally, the hands. The monkey-boy was posed in such a way, that he was standing with his feet; shoulder-width apart, his legs firm and proud, holding his upper body tall and his shoulders strong and supportive; thrusting his arms upward on either sides of his head. The arms came together at the base of the boy's hands, and the hands wrapped tightly on either side, around an orange ball. The android's vision zoomed in on the orange ball, trying to blur everything else out with the edges of his sight. As he studied the small, almost transparent-orange swirls within the ball, one flash of red penetrated into his mind. A star. There was just one, and it was almost as if the small red star was floating, inside the orange ball. Strange, thought the android as he turned the statue once again in his hand. From every angle that he looked at it, the star seemed to follow him, always facing toward him. The android's eyes widened and rose, pushing the skin of his brow and forehead up in fascinated-crinkles. Android X slowly lowered his hand; setting the statue down on the control-console inside his shuttle. He stood back for a second and nodded at the new addition to the room. He then turned around, took a few steps, passed through the door of the shuttle to the awaiting, warm, Vegeta-air and literally passed-out on his feet.. falling straight forward onto his face and skidding a few inches through the hard dirt.. ..He was out like a light. When the android awoke, it was morning... on Sunday. Shit! thought the android, rolling over onto his back and kicking his legs out with extreme force. The force of his kick, propelled his lower body upward and his upper-half rolled across the ground, following. He pushed off with his hands against the hard dirt, and his torso and arms left the ground as well. His back arched slightly as his heavy legs began to descend and he landed in a standing-up right position. Android X had to leave for his trip today, but there were still a few things he wanted to get done before he left... one of them was training. Android X ate some breakfast and did some light-stretching and then exited his Egg-shaped shuttle and walked outside to meet the bright Vegeta sky. The android's eyes took several minutes to adjust and it reminded him of one of his own techniques...the Solar Flare. The android needed to prepare for any hostile encounters he may face on Frost Planet and the best way to do be prepared for an enemy... was to be prepared for yourself. Android X threw his hands up to either sides of his face and starred up into the sky with a hint of nervousness in his gaze. Suddenly he dropped his jaw and barked out the release of energy needed to summon his Solar Flare technique into action. The sky flashed instantly, a bright light blinding anything in the area that happened to be looking. The android was no exception and his head buzzed and ached immediately as he blinding light poured in through his eyes and overwhelmed his senses. The android felt as though he had just been the victim of a flash-bang like stun and he felt the sudden need to puke. As the android leaned forward, his balance and depth-perception were completely Fucked. The android fell face-first into the dirt as he began puking; his breakfast splashing against the ground and back up in his face. Android X coughed and choked, gagging on the disgusting vomit-smell and taste as it rushed across his tongue and came pouring out his nostrils. The android felt as though his entire throat had opened up to release the flood-gates and now he was heaving-violently and blasting vomit forth from his stomach. Android X felt as though it wasn't just his stomach releasing the foul-stenched puke forward, but his brain as well. He had never experienced the power of a Solar Flare before, or the ill effects it had on those who's eyes fell victim to it's awesome-power. After several minutes of puking and then eventually dry-heaving; Android X ran the back side of his hand across his puke-covered lips and wiped away the mess. The android hawked up loogeys and spit them at the large puddle of puke that had formed on the ground in front of him.. His eyes still closed, he tried to listen to see if anyone was around; witnessing this horrible display of bodily-function. He heard no one, and the feeling washed over him, instilling a tiny bit of ease within his restless, contracting innards. The android slowly opened his eyes and could see nothing. He laughed on the inside; realizing what he had been doing to his opponents with this terrible technique. He shook his head, trying to bring about is vision back to his eyeballs. Slowly but surely, the white wall in his eyes, slowly started to come down. At last the android could begin to see shadows and shapes again and with a little time, colors and recognizable-objects began to form. As the android breathed in and out heavily; still recovering from his puking attack, his eyes slowly adjusted back to normal and he could begin to pick out the smaller details in his environment.. Android X worked his way back up to his unsteady legs and stood for a moment, with his hands on his hips, still shaking out the cobwebs. The last effects of the Solar Flare finally wore off and the android squinted his eyes, then widened them, testing them out. His eye balls were incredibly sore, as though he had just poured a vat of Chlorine into them and then let them bake in the blazing sun all day and then stabbed them repeatedly with a magnum tattoo needle. But, he could see. The android nodded to himself; mentally checking that technique off the list of moves he wanted to test out. The next move, was a newer one. One he had only tested out once before, in a spar against a young-girl named Jennifer Anderson. She was a scrappy, cute little chick, with fire in her eyes and behind her punches and kicks. The android had gotten lucky-enough to best her in the spar, and had even made a friend out of the girl, when he valiantly-decided to save her from impending doom at the end of the fight. The technique the android was recalling; was his Mouth Blast. And it, was wicked. The android clenched his fists suddenly and bent his knees, sinking in stature and balancing himself. He conjured forth his energy from deep in his core and titled his head downward slightly. Suddenly the Android rocked his head backward and opened his eyes; a Scream ripping through the air. The scream accompanied a giant Blast of energy that ripped out of the android's throat and scorched across his tongue and the insides of his cheeks. The blast was so intense it burnt the dried-puke right off his lips and the android's eyes widened as he watched the intense, powerful blast go ripping out from below them. Android X's leg muscles tightened as the tail end of the Mouth Blast exited passed his lips and forward through the air; chasing down the brunt-head of the energy. He sprung forward and to the side slightly, sprinting off in pursuit of the blast. Within seconds the android had not only caught the blast, but surpassed it's gains in space and now stood; awaiting it's head-on Impact.. The android was fascinated by his own speed capabilities and his own energy up to this point. He wondered what else he could do... and suddenly he remembered another technique he had tried out, during the fight against Jennifer Anderson. It was the Energy Barrier technique, and up to now, had not really done much for the android. Now, it was time to see what it was really all about.. Android X's biceps and forearm muscles bulged as he flexed his arms and gazed forward at the advancing Mouth Blast. The android waited until the blast was just within his reach and then he jammed his fingertips as tightly as they would go into his palms and dug his teeth into each other, grinding them together. In this instant; the Energy Barrier exploded from within the android's body and moved out ward, colliding into the force of the Mouth Blast head on. The intense energy of the two forces colliding caused a massive explosion of power, light and wind. Android X threw his eye lids together and threw his arms up, his forearms laying across his face to protect himself from the intense blast. After a few seconds, the android's ears relaxed; the loud noise of the explosion of energy and the gusts of wind subsiding. Android X opened his eyes and was amazed by what he saw. His Energy Barrier had completely stopped the Mouth Blast attack and there wasn't even a sign of the Energy Barrier weakening. Android X smiled internally and nodded his forehead toward the ground in a quick motion. He rubbed the palm of his right hand over the knuckles of his left and vise versa. The android lowered his arms to a resting-hang at his sides and he elevated his stance, returning to a relaxed, casual position. He smirked slightly, the energy pouring forth from his body in a wicked and vicious manner, the Energy Barrier whipped around him like a fire, burning down an oil-soaked tree. Android X stood strong in the center of the Barrier and began walking forward. The barrier poured out from within his body and everywhere the android moved, the energy continued to encircle him and protect him.. Android X loved his new techniques and he relaxed, letting his energy drop and his power suppress. As the android's Ki dropped back down to a normal, resting level, his Ki Suppression kicked in instinctively and he disappeared from the radar all together. Android X walked slowly, across a large field, back toward his Egg-shaped shuttle. This shuttle had been his only real home on the Planet Vegeta, since he had first bought it, after his arrival. He had lived in the small, compact, shit-hole for some time now and it was beginning to ware on his mind and his body. He slept, not on the bed, which folded out from the side of the shuttle's interior wall, but on the floor, curled up in a small ball. During the nights the android would grip himself as he lay asleep in the fetal-position. His nightmares and dreams alike plagued his conscience and his mind. Sometimes in the middle of the night, the android would awaken in a terror and sweat would be pouring profusely from his brow and pores. The android would get up and go for a walk sometimes, or a relaxing flight, to try and clear his mind and his nerves of the terrible images and scenes that were played out night after night in his mind. The android sighed at these thoughts and sat down at the control console, inside the shuttle. He leaned forward and dropped his forehead into his hands, closing his eyes gently and exhaling deeply. The android tried to focus on his breathing, and thus empty his mind of all other distractions. But sometimes, like today... it was to no avail; and no matter how many times the android swept the slate clean, the wind picked up and blew the leaves and dirt right back onto the previously cleaned-space. Android X tried to use the emotions and thoughts in his energy as he trained, and battled. He had thought that if he was able to some how, harness these emotions and thoughts that drove him crazy; and transfer them into his energy, that his power would rise to new levels. The fight with Bane had definitely changed the android, as well as the terrible incident that followed. He had witnessed and grown a lot since first landing on Planet Vegeta and all the memories began to play through his mind in the forms of still images. Main events, and sometimes humorous ones, appeared and then faded in the android's busy mind. He saw images of the giant meteor he had visited after buying his Egg-like shuttle brand new from the dealership, and the events that unfolded on that meteor. He saw flashes of his days as a novice at the Military out post; when he thought he knew so much, but really didn't know anything compared to where he was now. He saw the faces of his fallen allies who were with him in the PVSFU; Heug, Virz, Talo and Gaw... he sighed heavily as the images continued to pass through his mind, and then he saw the face of Durrow.. The impressive New Recruit who had won the android's interest and admiration time and time again.. He pictured Durrow at his finest moment; smiling and cheerful; in his last moment, passing Android X the head of the giant-beast he had slain and decapitated, just before he died.. The android's pulse elevated and his heart rate increased; he was growing more and more angered by every image that was now passing and he tried to change course and think of something good. The next images that passed into his mind were from the time before he had landed on Planet Vegeta, a time the android tried to forget often, but never had been able to. The face of the old-man appeared in the android's eyes, and he looked down at him; cradling him in his arms as he passed away. Android X blinked several times, trying to force his eyes into a submission of cease-fire. The eyes of the android closed, and the images resumed.. Now the android watched in his head, as his space-pod left the Planet Earth's thin-atmosphere and sailed off on a set-course for Planet Vegeta. He watched as the trip went smoothly, until the 'little hiccup' occurred; as the android liked to think of it. He saw the face of the Evil Android, flash through his mind, still terrorizing his calmest moments to this day. He recalled for a moment how he felt, after he had disposed of the Evil Android with the number.. He had felt such, sorrow, such, loss and it had overwhelmed him to the point where he had remained completely silent for the remainder of the trip to Planet Vegeta. His mind had been frozen in that moment for a long time, even after his arrival on the new planet, and it hadn't completely thawed out yet, thought the increasingly-depressed-growing Android X. Suddenly, a happy image came into his mind, and just in time.. It was the face of a friend, a tough, caring, Transformer-friend. The android smiled and relaxed into his seated-hunch, letting his hands bare the weight of his entire skull. He looked at the picture with great joy as it began to fade from his mind. As it passed, images of the battle against Bane rolled onward through his thoughts and he remembered how it had all began.. As the images rolled on and on, the android felt like he had been sitting there for an eternity, but when he opened his eyes slightly, turned his head, and glanced at the time; he saw that only minutes had passed.. The android again closed his eyes and sighed, letting his mind sink back into the past. As the battle against Bane ended, the android recalled how lucky he had been; that the powerful-Transformer, had spared his life. Android X's mind smiled at the compassion of the great warrior and his mood began to lift. Suddenly, the rug was pulled out from under his elevating mood as the images of the post-fight came into view. The guards had surrounded his friend, and the android could do nothing but watch as they attacked and captured him. The next images refreshed the android's mind about the time spent, once imprisoned. He had grown so tired while within the walls of Fort Sumpter; that upon his escape, he felt as though he had aged ten years. Though the android's physical appearance continued to hold strong; his mind and spirit felt as though they had been through so much, in such a short amount of time. Then, another happy face; gracefully lofted through the android's mind. The intense, Roach-like face, was of his Arlian-comrade; Yargniz Vozax. The android's lips rose slightly in a smile as he pictured the insect-creature in his head. The big, blue eyes of the creature seemed to come alive in Android X's mind and look right into him, as though he was here in the same room. Android X sat up and opened his eyes, looking ahead, but he saw no one. He was alone in his shuttle.. alone in his life. Then the android remembered another kind face; and the feeling that perhaps, he wasn't completely alone, entered the picture. The new face was that of Jennifer Anderson; a young-woman the android had encountered during a Spar. Although the fight had been agreed upon and friendly, the spar had grown intense and violent very quickly and the android had felt great sadness as he attacked the girl. He had wanted nothing more than to befriend the girl and perhaps even get to know her better.. but this was not the intention of the young woman, who wanted to really test her abilities out on the android. Android X remembered feeling this same sort of emotion, projected from within his friend Bane; when they had fought. The urge to test oneself, to prove your own self worth. The android couldn't understand this concept fully, but he comprehended the idea of wanting to grow, and he did... he wanted to grow, even more. Although most of these memories plagued the saddened android, he didn't regret them. In fact he decided, if it weren't for these memories and this personal growth, what would he have to think about... on these long, lonely days... Android X stood up and stretched long. His arms rising upward over his head and his knuckles gently-brushing against the low-interior ceiling of the Egg-shaped shuttle. He thrust his pelvis forward slightly and arched backward, allowing his lower vertebrates to be pulled upon by muscles and tendons and eventually, pop. The android sighed in great relief at this release in pressure from his lower spine. Ever since the battle against the Evil Android in space, his back just hadn't felt the same.. The android looked down, after finishing his stretch; at the small statue he had purchased the night before. The android's eyes lit up like a kid at a candy store upon achieving view of the little object. He enjoyed his little monkey-boy statue very much, and he continued to ponder over it's meaning and over the fascinating object which the boy held above his head. Android X remembered the remaining balance of Zeni, that still existed in the Micro-Deposit on the letter he had received. The android looked around, his gaze flowing from right to left within the room, and he turned his body, to get a full look. As he turned, he saw the letter no where on the floor of the shuttle, or any where for that matter.. The android shrugged slightly and walked toward the shuttle's far interior wall, which wasn't very far away at all. Three small steps would carry the android from one end of his shuttle to the other, from control console to fold-out bed. Today; thought the android, seemed like as good a day as any to finally give the bed a shot. Seeing as how he was going to be gone from his little Egg-like home for quite some time, he figured it couldn't hurt, to possibly treat himself to some comforts and luxuries he had previously neglected himself of. The android's fist butted into the rear wall ever so gently, and a panel folded-forth instantly. There, before the android's amused eyes, was the fold out bed, in all it's glory. The bed was still in mint-condition, though the rest of the shuttle was not. The android had never once used it and now he would feel slightly absurd as he pulled back the clean sheets and climbed into the folds of it's cloths. Android X exhaled more deeply than usual, as his body slid underneath the top layer of clean sheets and came to rest on the bed's surprisingly comfortable surface. The android had planned on closing his eyes and focusing on his breathing to help himself fall to sleep; but by the time the thought had crossed his mind, he was already running off through dream-land. One thing the android dreamed about during his nap; which was new to his brain's constant mound of thoughts, was of a new technique he had heard about. During his trip to the city the night before, the android had brought up the fact that he would be traveling to the Frost Planet to the little, old-woman at the Antique Shop. She had given him the same, gigantic smile as always and informed him that there was a Great Master there; named after the Planet. The Master; Frost was an imposing looking creature, thought the android, as he had listened to the little old woman describe him in great detail. The android had figured that this little old woman, who smiled so big, was more than just a little old, smiling woman, running an Antique Shop.. He imaged the woman had trained under the Master herself at one point, and that was why her knowledge and memory of him was so great. The little old woman then said something that the android had been able to forget. She had mentioned, for just the three seconds it took her to say it; a technique called the; Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack. Android X remembered the chills he had felt when the old woman's words reached his ears and the android had lost his breath at the sound alone of the technique. Android X smiled at the thought of venturing to Frost and doing the job for this corespondent; Erthe. But even more so, he smiled at the thought of venturing to Frost Planet to find this great Master and learn this curious-sounding technique. When the android woke from his sleep, he would leave for Frost Planet, and he would do so via Teletube transportation.. something he had no idea about.. but would discover, soon enough. The android's dreams carried him away, sending him soaring through the air and running across the snowy, ice covered grounds and hillsides of Planet Frost. He sailed through the skies, his breath leaving behind large warm clouds as he breathed outward, into the cold air. He flew like a bird on the chilly breeze and dove down, sweeping close to the ground and kicking up snowy mist all around him as he skimmed the surface. He then launched high up, into the sky and spiraled round and round like a plane in an up ward tail spin. As he reached the apex of his climb, he stalled out for several seconds, hovering like a humming bird in the cold air, his eyes closed in a state of suspended motion and lasting joy. After a few moments of the paused progression, the android began to fall. He tucked his head against his shoulder and encouraged a down ward spiral which carried him quickly down, back toward the Frozen tundra. As the android's eyes snapped open, he saw nothing but icy blue and white colors in his gaze and projected his energy forth to halt his impending crash into the ground. As he halted his legs swung down, as they had in previous occasions and touched down gently, letting the android land softly on the snow. He was getting the hang of this whole landing thing, and he chuckled lightly and internally to himself, remembering the instance in his Fight against the Saiya-Jin warrior; Mikiah Oazuke, when his grace had not hit it's mark and the android had made a fool of himself.. Suddenly, the android looked ahead of him, the dreamlike world shifting and distorting all around him by the minute. There, to the android's great satisfaction; was a large frozen-temple. There was no doubt about it in the android's mind... this was where he would find the Master of Frost Planet.. this... is where he would learn the Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack... this was the adventure that was yet to come... ..The android continued to sleep and dream, for several hours and ferocious snoring could be heard; echoing outward from inside the small Egg-like shuttle...
