Prologue: The sun set low in the sky of a small town named, Ibustin. The young kids headed inside from hard games of spring basketball and rugby; the neighborhood sport. While other kids were outside playing sports and bettering themselves as athletes, one kid in particular stayed inside. It wasn’t because of a physical condition or a disability, but of pure laziness. But this kid had a talent. A talent that he one day hoped could get him into a great college or a great job, that talent, was hacking. This young man, Zicari Aikido had been studying computer systems since he was five. He looked into the coding and complicated infrastructure of the devices and felt comfortable with what he had accomplished. But what if one day, that made him go…Too Far. Part 1: Discovery In a small town like this, everyone was close to each other. Everyone held cookouts and celebrations together because they enjoyed each other’s company. With the close community you would think that everyone was happy with each other, but Zicari was skeptic about everyone. He was very secluded and buried under his own hacks and codes. These hacks weren’t just for video games, they were doing other things for Zicari. With his technical mastery and learning programs he was the godfather of computer. But nothing is invincible. As Zicari finished a hard night of keyboard smashing and computer hogging, he lay down in his bed, hoping to grab some sleep in the pigsty he had called his room. He lay his head back on his adjusted pillow and felt a chill of relaxation and anxiety come over him. His motto was: “Look to tomorrow” and that’s always what he did. There was a sound, many sounds as if something were scrolling itself. Flashes poured off of the computer screen while Japanese symbols moved down and across the screen. This somehow soothed the human but yet made him curious at the same time. With strain in his eyes and in his body, he managed to lift his upper body into a sitting position while kicking himself out of bed. Zicari checked the clock, [3:00 AM] it read. He rubbed his eyes with two pale knuckles and looked at these weird symbols. He sat down in his computer chair to do some investigation on the source of the strange noises and flashes. Soon all of the symbols faded to black. Letter by letter a message began to appear. [We’ve been waiting for you Mr. Aikido] As soon as the last letter had been typed an arm reached through the monitor of the computer. It was a suit jacketed arm of pale skin and hairy hand. But it wasn’t just reaching to get out, it was reaching for Zicari. He felt the firm grip of the hand around his slender neck which put much pressure on the larynx. With a few coughs, Zicari began to attack the hand by chopping it multiple times and pulling it away, but with the grip on him now, he would be dead in a few seconds. WC(Counting headers)-515 |
