 Isn't Oaks her daughter's last name? I think her name is Shelli Brim Oaks. If I'm remembering right. That could be Billye's son in law. I'd have to look to see who her daughter is married to.

Added: Nope. Nevermind, I was wrong. His wifes name's not Shelli.
