2.When demons are cast out, where do they go? They wander the lower realms of the Intermediate realm and also the fringes of hell. 3. Can we send demons to the pit, does 'the pit' exist already? It is not time to send them all to the pit, the time will come one day in the Millennium. 4. I've been in deliverance services where demons were sent to dry places. Can we send demons to dry places? It is not Scriptural to tell demons where to go, we are only told to expel them out. 5. Are dry places geographical places and is the presence of these cast out demons the reason why there is so much cruelty like genocide, femine and sickness in dry places here on earth, such as in Africa? They are not physical dry places but spiritual dry places around the fringes of hell and the lower Intermediate realms. 6. What scriptures can you point to (either from the old testament temple as a shadow of the our bodies now being the temple) or new testament after Pentecost to show that Christians can have demons gain access to their soul and bodies. Aside from personal experience, people need some biblical basis for these kinds of deliverance ministries. May take is unsurrendered areas of our soul and body not brought under the Lordship of Jesus opens the door to demonic (1 Thes 5:23….and may your spirit, and soul and body be preserved blameless..) and that some infirmities biblically can be caused by demons(but these examples are all before the coming of the Holy Spirit to live inside of believers from what I can see. I have never believed in demons being able to possess Christians but only have accepted Scriptural evidence of possible ‘strongholds’ or ‘roots of bitterness.’ In Acts 8:22-23, Simon who was already born again and baptized in water but not in the Spirit, was asked to repent as he was poisoned by the root of bitterness. In 2 Corinthians 10:4-5 we are told to tear down strongholds which in context is speaking about thought patterns (soul areas). Ephesians 4:26-27 warns about allowing anger to fester lest one gives a place to the devil in one’s life. In 1 Corinthians 11:30 some Christians fell sick and died because they did not take communion properly. In 1 Corinthians 6:5 if we reckon the ‘destruction of the flesh’ to mean some sort of sickness possibly death, then there is a link between sexual immorality and sicknesses. In Romans 1:27, it is possible that the penalty in themselves refer to some physical dysfunction of the body due to homosexuality although this would apply to those who do not know God.
