Wow what a day! as of the end of the day we finalized the sale of 5 mobile homes....and 1 more pending.... It is amazing to watch how fast things are going! Even Dave is flabbergasted at the response so quickly.... with 2 of the sales we saved approximatly $700 worth of repair workso far... it is now thier responsibility Now pray that all the final state/ county paperwork can get done without a hitch! Thank you Lord.... It is sort of fun to see the Lord work... Never boring! Love Kay |
