What a Healing Jesus Daily Golden Footprints Thursday, November 15, 2007 Four years ago, I was busy in ministry working as Associate Pastor and Prophetess at a Church in Dallas, Texas. One night I became very dizzy. I thought maybe it was a serious sinus infection. I prayed and laid down to rest. It didn't seem so bad if I was still. After a while, I realized it was serious. When I tried to stand, I fell over. I was rushed to the hospital. They said that I had a stroke. They were not equipped to deal with it at the local community hospital, so they sent me to Dallas. They told my husband that I only had 45 minutes to live. Later, he was told that if I did live I would be a vegetable. They performed brain surgery removing about four tablespoons of liquid which had formed pressure on my brain. I was in a coma for six weeks. While I was still in the hospital and in a coma, my husband attended a minister's meeting with our Senior Pastor one day. He received a Word of Knowledge about me. In the Word of Knowledge, he was told that I would wake up and be stronger than ever. The Word also spoke of specific things about where I was and what was wrong with me. The next day, I did wake up. Within just a few days, I was alert and ready to go home. I could do some things even better than I did before the stroke. I did go home in two weeks and in just a few days, I drove my car. I was totally healed. And my hair came back with no gray! A year or so later, I had congestive heart failure. I became so weak that I could walk two or three steps. It was over the weekend. I had decided that on Monday morning I would go to my Doctor for a checkup. She called me at 8 AM. She said that the Lord had woke her up at 3 AM telling her that I was in trouble. She wanted me to come down to her office right away. She measured my blood pressure. It was about 200/160. She sent me to the hospital right them. Had she not called me in when she did I could have gone into full arrest according to her. It ended up that I had three blocked arteries. Instead of open heart surgery, they were miraculously able to fix it with three stints. I have been healed of Lupus, a torn rotator cuff, Graves's disease, arthritis, and costrocongitis. My husband was diagnosed with Cancer. His white blood cells came down to 0. He was not supposed to make it through the night for two and half weeks. He has been cancer free for two years now and back to work. Today is his normal checkup. I know that once again he will get a good report. Why am I telling you all of this? We overcome by the blood of the lamb and the word of our testimony. When David went after Goliath, he bolstered his faith by rehearsing in his own mind that he had killed the bear and lion already with God's help. A year ago, I had a back injury. It had left me in an electric wheel chair. I had been unable to walk more than a step or two. Three months ago, God touched me while I was praying for someone else and I have been walking ever since. I am healed by the stripes of Jesus. You came too late to tell me that God doesn't heal. I am living proof. I did not stop preaching the Word of God even when I couldn't walk. I would just use the chair and go on. I never thought for a second that God would leave me that way. Now I am working every day writing each "Footprint" as God gives them to me and answer hundreds of prayer requests daily. I am also ministering in churches, meetings, and revivals as God opens the door. I now have an invitation to go to West Africa next spring between January and March. The point is that God is still a healing God. He is no respector of persons. What He will do for one, He will do for another. If you need the Red Sea parted for you, I am convinced that He will part it for you. Your "Footprint" for today: There is someone that has heard an evil report. You were told not to expect improvement. You have been told that you will not do something again that you used to could do. I am here to tell you that God has other plans. He is healing you. He has sent His Word to you right now, to heal you and deliver you from your destructions. (Ps 107:20) You can also stand on these promises… Exodus 15:26 (KJV) 26 And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the LORD that healeth thee. Psalms 91:9-10 (NKJV) 9 Because you have made the Lord, who is my refuge, Even the Most High, your dwelling place, 10 No evil shall befall you, Nor shall any plague come near your dwelling; Psalms 103:1-5 (KJV) 1 Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name. 2 Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: 3 Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases; 4 Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with loving kindness and tender mercies; 5 Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's. Isaiah 53:4-5 (NKJV) 4 Surely He has borne our griefs And carried our sorrows; Yet we esteemed Him stricken, Smitten by God, and afflicted. 5 But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed. Matthew 8:16-17 (NKJV) 16 When evening had come, they brought to Him many who were demon- possessed. And He cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all who were sick, 17 that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying: "He Himself took our infirmities And bore our sicknesses." Acts 10:38 (NKJV) 38 how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.
