Hey,

It is prayer that is going to change lives on this board. It is prayer that is going to bring them, to keep them, and then to send them out into the world covered as ambassadors to the world.

Prayer.. if you don't have a grasp at it's violent power against the darkness, then press in with the Holy Spirit and allow Him to open your eyes.

When we can understand the power of a simple, faithfilled prayer, we can indeed move the mountain in our lives and the lives of those we are led to pray for.

John Lake stated:
Quote:

It is always God's will to heal.  Our faith may fail.  My faith failed to the extent that unless someone else had gone under my life and prayed for me, I would have died.

The Wondeful Power of the Christian Life... third paragraph

Consider this man of faith whom is looked up to so greatly.. it was someone's prayer that lifted him up and kept him going to do great things in the Name of our Lord. Our prayers move the hand of God on behalf of those we pray for. Have faith in that. Stand solid that your prayers are heard and answered. Don't give up. Don't give in. Pray.

And when and if the time ever comes that you feel that your faith is waviering.. press in.. and also get some help. Consider this: when I need to talk to someone, to get a word of encouragement that will lift me up just a bit higher and enough to go on.. I talk to a friend whom the Lord can use to settle my mind and heart. But, even greater than this is the blessing we have when we pray in the Spirit, by and with the help of the Holy Spirit. If one friend counsels the heart and soul, the imagine the power of the counsel of the Lord Almighty who loves us and adores us so much more.

If prayer is slow for you.. talk to the Lord about it. Ask Him to reveal to you the power of prayer. He is more than willing.

Shalom
