Dear Saints,

The church we attend has been doing 40 days of praise unto the Lord with many fasting along with it. Last night was a very powerful night and I would like to share with you what He gave me.

Shortly after entering into the church such a sadness hit me and I sought the Lord for the reason for it. What I heard Him say was, "Cry out for My people." Well, it seemed all I could do was cry! There was such a heaviness in my heart and the tears just poured out. This continued for quite some time and I was beginning to wonder if it was my flesh or had it been the Lord speaking to me? I could hear people around me laughing with great joy and gladness sensing the Lord's presence and here I was, crying! But again I heard the Lord say the same thing, "Cry out for My people!" After quite awhile I heard Him say, "Pray for My people" and that is what I did, sensing our need for Him mounting. At this time I had gone over to a corner of the room and with tears streaming down my face, I sought the Lord asking for His help to strengthen and upgird His people. Then, I heard Him say in my spirit, "Be at peace", and a peace overcame me and I went back to be with the others. Just about that time one of the believers began to speak and one of the things he said was, "The peace of the Lord is with us". Amen to that! Thank You Lord!

Shorthly after that I had a vision of when I was a young girl and I would take a daisy and pull the petals saying, "He loves me. He loves me not." The Lord said, "With Me, it is a win, win situation." And then I saw myself pulling the petals and saying, "He loves me. He loves me." I knew that we were coming into a greater time of knowing His love and walking in a confidence of Him being on our side. That nothing that came our way would bring us down for we were reassured of His love and that was the most important thing to us - Him and His love. Oh, how precious it is!

Another thing the Lord impressed upon me to share with the others, and that was to tell them not to be discouraged in the days ahead. Things were going to happen that we are not expecting but He wants us to trust in Him fully and as we do so He will show us His faithfulness towards us as time went on. Lord, please give us grace to trust You more, in Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

Though I didn't really know the full message, I knew I was to share the following with those gathered. The Lord said it was time to be fitted for combat boots! Then He showed me a great army of angels that were at the ready, waiting for us to call them into service!
It is a time of war, not against flesh and blood but against powers and principalities. God is eqipping His people and many have gone through a great testing time, a preparation. Hallelujah.

Then this morning I found myself awake even before my husband left for work! Now I am normally a night person and like to sleep in a little in the morning. Since Billy has been driving himself to work I have been enjoying the luxury of rising later in the morning then him. But this morning I was wide awake! When I went to wave goodbye to him as he headed for work the first thing I noticed was the gorgeous sky! It was absolutely beautiful with a pink hue about it. I pointed it out to my husband as he went outside. After he pulled out in his van and started down the road I closed the door and went upstairs and it sounded like his van had pulled back! Then a horn beeped and I went downstairs and opened the door to hear him say, "Look in the back." I waved goodbye again and went to the back of the house. There was the most beautiful rainbow in the sky! God's covenant promise to us! Thank You Lord! Tears filled my eyes as I knew He was reassuring us that He was with us and that all would be well! I was so humbled and grateful that He had allowed me to see this beautiful sight!

We had no rain last night. That the rainbow was there was a supernatural blessing, a definate God thing to His loved children. I called our girls to tell them about the rainbow. Funny thing is, by 6:30 a.m. the rainbow could be seen no more. Had the Holy Spirit not waken me this morning I would have missed it all. But God is so good, He loves us so much. And He wants us to know that He is with us. His promises are yea and amen and nothing that takes place in this world, in our lives can ever seperate us from His love. Thank You Father! Thank You Jesus! Thank You Holy Spirit.

In awe of Him,
Joan
