Blessings Saints, As it is apparent that the Lord is building His body of believers we look to hear from others out there who visit our site or are members. The Lord has called His people to work as one body, each with their own vital part. No matter how small that part might be it is essential and needed for the entire body to move and be whole. While we here at CrossLight have a 'part' we are looking to hear what the Lord is putting on the hearts of others within the body. Let us come together as brothers and sisters in Christ desiring to see the bride reach her maturity and the body of Christ formed in it's entirety. You out there have a voice. We hope you will speak up and instead of being a 'silent' visitor will add your voice hear and that together our voices will rise like a sweet incense before our Lord. God bless you all. Know you are loved by us here and we desire to see us all reach the potential and call God has upon all lives, in Christ Jesus. In His love, Joan |

Amen. I agree. We are all part of one body. I refreshed my mind and spirit and searched just what this means and found in 1Cor 12:12 -12:27 a good refresher of what God means when He says we are 'one body'. It goes beyond that point, of course, and we must allow other scripture to flow in that 'rounds' it out concerning our conduct towards one another in within the 'body'. For what good is it to take this piece and not the whole that instructs us to support and encourage one another? It is of no use, except perhaps to be used as an improper measuring rod to judge one anothers motives and actions or lack thereof, whichever the case may be. I enjoy coming and overseeing here for the simple reason that the others who also come realize that we are 'one body' and when one is weak another is strong and that we are to support, encourage, and assist one another as we all grow up together. Grace abounds here! Do we or will we always agree? NO. But one things is always evident, those who come, seek His truth and are quick to listen and there is an atmosphere of 'safety' and truth. That if one were to err the others would gently correct and reveal the truth according to scripture and then allow the Holy Spirit to 'do' what He does within individual hearts. That is true 'body' ministry, where we can all come to one place and share without fear of any type of harsh reprocussion...this creates for everyone an environment conducive to growth. Hallelujah! No compulsion, just free space to grow in....what a breath of fresh air! For it is through His kindness we are drawn.... So yea....I also encourage everyone to share what God is doing with them or showing them during their quiet times with Him. You never know, someone out there may need to 'hear' it. Blessings to ALL who come, whether you share or not! We love you! Barb |
