For His arm not being short in matters where mankind's arm are either too short or bound by legalities. God is good. For the rain. It was good For the storm that was held off the coast and all were spared For Kiki, Kay's bird in the office, who after a full day of busy busy with people coming and going, climbed down off the top of his cage, went in, and shut the door behind him so he could go eat in peace.  Everyone in the office got quiet and just watched this bird. It was awesome to see. and everyone laughed. |

September 12, 2006 I am grateful for God's wonderous way of brightening our day when we are having a rough one! I am grateful for the reminder of how close He is to us. For the breath that I breath that I know comes from Him For His Word that lives forever and that His promises are true For days out of the office, where a good cup of coffee can be shared and laughter fills the air For the hope that is within me and leaks out onto those who get too close to me (smiles)

For Mondays. For the office and the park. For the people here, and the walks in the early morning when the day is still cool and the air sweet. For people who care about their homes and lives, and try to do good to their neighbors. And for my Father who sees all things and directs my steps. |

September 19, 2006 I am grateful: For the opportunity to visit with my sister every Tuesday. For the memory of my Dad kissing my Mom every Tuesday before going off to work and saying, "I love you. September 20, 2006 I am grateful for: Having the opportunity to have one on one time today with my youngest daughter. It was a precious time Lord. Thank You. I am grateful for all the friends You have given me on the internet. When I thought that I was alone with only a couple of others, SUDDENLY, I was given several new friends. I am astounded at Your prosperity in my social life. You prosper in every area. My body prospers in health, my mind and emotions prospers. I thank You for these things. I thank You for blessing me with unexpected money, that I needed really good. You are my Provider in every area of my life. I thank You for giving me the Wisdom and knowledge I have been asking for. For a perfect God who still loves me even with all my imperfections, For the spiritual man the Lord gave to me to walk through this world with. For the beautiful sunset I saw last night sitting on our neighbor's deck as we fellowshipped together as brothers and sisters in Christ. For an old yellow cat who must sit on my lap when I'm on the computer. For the butterfly bush my husband planted. During this time of Indian summer, it is reblooming and covered with Monarch butterflies and we just had to stand there a little longer and watch and enjoy the site. For the squeals of laughter from my grandchildren running through our field, free and happy and healthy. But most especially, I am grateful for Christ bearing the judgment of my sins, so I won't be judged. For the gift of the Holy Spirit, dwelling in me. For God, who is not only GOD but FATHER to me. |

Praise the Lord... Florida is getting rain, and Georgia should too. It has been a long month or so with all the wild fires that have been going on, but this rain will really help. When the storm comes into the Tampa area, it will have broken down and be a wonderful rain storm that spreads to many.  stace |
