A Message to Prodigal Sons and Daughters

Praise His Holy Name, People of God! Tonight, we shall celebrate the Love of the Father and, we shall bask in His Perfect Love for us. For, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us, Amen?

Rom 5:8 But God commends His love toward us in that while we were yet sinners Christ died
for us.

1Jn 1:9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

There is forgiveness tonight that flows from the nail scarred Hands of the One who has called you, Amen? You may be running from God tonight, or maybe you are running from the calling of God upon your life tonight. I want to say to you tonight, there is nothing too hard for God to do! (Jer 32:27). God is still the God of the miraculous! He is still the God that answers by fire! (1Chr 21:26)

Perhaps, you have rededicated your life tonight, to Christ and His Ways, but you are having a hard time to forgive yourself. I would remind you tonight of the Parable of the Prodigal son.

Luk 15:18 I will arise and go to my father, and will say to him, Father, I have sinned against Heaven and before you
Luk 15:19 and am no more worthy to be called your son. Make me like one of your hired servants.

Perhaps many here are saying or thinking that same thing tonight, I say to you, that this is stinking thinking because the Word tells us to think upon these things;

Php 4:8 Finally, my brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honest, whatever things are right, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue and if there is any praise, think on these things.

Scriptures also warn us that as we walk in the newness of Christ Jesus, that we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, and there is a war going on. We are soldiers of the Cross, Amen.

Eph 6:12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the world's rulers, of the darkness of this age, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

1Pe 5:8 Be sensible and vigilant, because your adversary the Devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking someone he may devour;

Again, Scriptures warn us the enemy goes about seeking someone that he may devour. We are to renew our minds daily in the Word of God, amen. We are to put on the Whole Armour of God, Amen.

Saying that, let us return to the parable of the prodigal son, when he rose up to come to his father, the Word tells us that while he was still a great way off, his father saw him and had compassion and ran to him, fell on his neck and kissed him!

Praise the Living God, Saints! If that isn’t the love of God, I don’t know what is!! Our Heavenly Father stands tonight, and sees you a far off, prodigal son, prodigal daughter. That tugging in your heart tonight, is the working of the Holy Ghost upon your life. Yield to the Holy Ghost. There is forgiveness tonight in Christ Jesus, just receive it. Amen.

Luk 15:20 And he arose and came to his father. But when he was still a great way off, his father saw him and had compassion, and ran and fell on his neck and kissed him.
Luk 15:21 And the son said to him, Father, I have sinned against Heaven and before you, and am no more worthy to be called your son.
Luk 15:22 But the father said to his servants, Bring the best robe and put it on him. And put a ring on his hand and shoes on his feet.
Luk 15:23 And bring the fattened calf here and kill it. And let us eat and be merry,
Luk 15:24 for this my son was dead and is alive again, he was lost and is found. And they began to be merry.

For those of you who have rededicated your life but you are struggling with the idea of how much you have hurt God for so many years. I want to say that forgiveness is a gift, and God is the God of new beginnings. Amen. He makes all things new! Jesus offers you forgiveness, a clean slate, a new start and a new beginning. You need to receive it.

There is a battle going on, and tonight is your night to be set free from that self-condemnation. Self-condemnation leads to self destruction and one of the greatest weapons the devil has is discouragement.

You see in the parable, the son told the father, “I have sinned against Heaven and before you, and am no more worthy to be called your son.” Praise the Living God, that father didn’t say, ”Son, how greatly you have hurt me, how will I ever go on?” No! That father was so happy his son was home, he welcomed him and brought him the best robe to put on, and made a celebration feast for him! Glory to God! That is what our Heavenly Father does for us.

It is up to you now, will you receive it?

Will you go on with the things of God or will you stay in the self condemnation that the devil enjoys?

The enemy doesn’t want to see you go on with God.

The enemy wants nothing more than to destroy you, and destroy the call of ministry upon your life.

You have a choice, and a decision to make tonight.

I encourage you to just call out to Him, He knows your heart’s cry, He knows your frailties. I encourage you tonight, to step out in faith, and accept forgiveness.

If you still have trouble with that, know this, Christ Jesus is worthy tonight of the rewards of His sufferings.

Isn’t He worthy to receive you to Himself tonight? Jesus died for you tonight, and He is worthy to reap the rewards of His sufferings. We are His Rewards, we are why He became flesh and dwelt among us, we are the reason He suffered and died- He did not die in vain! Now is the time, Jesus is worthy tonight to receive you, and your life to Himself tonight.

Precious Heavenly Father, I come to You at this hour and I lift up every person that reads this message. I pray for the prodigal sons and daughters tonight, that You, Father would use this message to remind them that You love them and desire them far more than we could ever imagine, or think. Bestow Your great Love upon them, move upon them mightily Holy Ghost and draw them into a deeper walk with Jesus, I pray In Jesus name Amen.
