These Folk Are Near And Dear To My Heart Be Blessed Beloved Love, Joe Please PRAY! Feb 19, 2008 Hello Everyone. I felt that I needed to let you know that Pastor Wayne is very ill. Partly because he doesn't have insurance and partly because he is stubborn, he has become very ill and the doctors tell us that it is very serious. In short, his bladder and kidneys have become extremely infected, and if he hadn't given in and went to the hospital yesterday, God only knows what might have happened. Wayne is trusting the Lord and resting and he has asked for the Prayer Warriors to please pray. He has given me the instructions how to do this and I am hoping you will all receive this. At this point, Wayne can barely pull himself up in bed and can only walk to the bathroom with help. It has really hit him hard. I am trying to get him to drink more water even though he says it is just too hard to swallow, but he is drinking it. Because he doesn't have insurance - (he could never afford it in the ministry) he put off telling me how much pain he was in, and consequently could have lost his life. We are trying to get help with hiis meds and I have been anointing him with oil and praying for him and last night was pretty bad. He is at home and we are to watch him and if he shows signs of dehydration or higher fever we are to return him to ER immediately. I cannot tell you about the wonderful man that he is, and I love him so very much. He is put everything into this ministry and I have watched him break down and cry as he writes his devotionals and asks God to allow his meager efforts to touch someone today and lift them up and give them strength. Please pray for his recovery. Please, EVERYONE, say a prayer and believe. He believes he will be up and at it again within 24 hours, but the doctors have said he needs to take the meds they have prescribed and rest, rest, rest! Pray that he will realize that this is best for him. It is hard for him to push aside the ministry, but this has hit him pretty hard so I think he'll probably listen. We love you all so much, and you have each one been prayed for by us even though we don't know many of you. But will you return the favor and pray for Wayne right now? We have been married for 34 years and I don't know what I would do without him, although I AM believing for his complete recovery. If you would like to drop him a card, you can do so by writing to Pastor Wayne Clabaugh P.O. Box 8883 Saint Jospeh, MO. 64508 I'm sure he will be excited to hear from each of you. Unfortunately, there will be no devotionals sent out for a few days at least, maybe even a week. We hope you understand. The radio is being handled by his daughter and of course Brother Billy Douglas takes cre of all of the VOTL Side of things, but Wayne wanted me to be sure and mention it and ask you to come listen in as he will be listening as well. Thank you for your time, and your prayers. In Christ, Osella Clabaugh In The Garden Ministries |

Meet you on the boards. Meet you in the air! Love, Joe Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. (1 John 4:10) Create in me a clean heart, O God, And renew a steadfast spirit within me. (Psalms 51:10) Pray without ceasing. (1 Thessalonians 5:17) "When I get on my high horse, I usually find Jesus rides off on his donkey." | |

Father God, I stand in unity with Pastor Wayne and the others who are praying for his complete healing in Christ Jesus. Holy One, Your Word says that 'by His stripes we were healed.' It sounds as if Pastor Wayne is walking in faith, taking You at Your Word. Please let him not be disappointed or ashamed for standing firmly rooted in Your Truth. Set forth Your angels to do battle on his behalf. Forgive any sin that has not been repented of or are unknown to him. Bind the enemy and his evil plans and show Yourself faithful. We come before You as did the saints before us, saying Your Word is yea and amen. You are not a man that You should lie. With boldness we come before Your throne, seeking deliverance and wholeness for our brother in Christ, Your dear son Pastor Wayne. We stand upon Christ, our Rock which shall not be moved and we set our eyes upon Him acknowledging the finished work upon the cross. We ask for Your anointing to come upon Your children who have walked faithfully before You those who are vessels of honor for You. Flow through Your children and show Yourself to a world who is in great need. Please allow Pastor Wayne to be a living epistle and true testament of Who You are, for Your glory and honor. We ask this in Jesus' name, giving You our praise and thanksgiving. Thank You, Lord. Adding my faith with others, Joan |

"Jesus... Jesus... Je... sus.. Jesus.... The mere mention of His name can calm the storm, heal the broken, raise the dead. At the name of Jesus, I've seen sin hardened men melted, derelicts transformed. The lights of hope put in the eyes of a hopeless child. At the name of Jesus, hatred and bitterness turn to love and forgiveness, arguments cease. I've heard a mother softly breathe His name at the bedside of a child delirious from fever, and watched... as that little body grew quiet, and fevered brow cooled. I've sat the side of a dying saint. Her body wracked with pain, who in those final fleeting seconds summoned her last ounce of ebbing strenghth, just to whisper Earth's sweetest name. Jesus...Jesus.... Emperors have tried to destroy it. Philosophies have tried to stamp it out. Tyrannts have tried to wash it from the face of the Earth with the very blood of those who claimed it. Yet it still stands. And there shall be that final day when every voice that has ever uttered a sound , every voice of Adam's race, shall raise in one mightly chorus to proclaim the name of Jesus. For in that day, every knee shall bow, every tongue shall confess, that Jesus Christ is truly Lord. You see, it was not by mere chance that caused the angel one night, long ago to say to a virgin maiden: His name, His name shall be called Jesus....Jesus....Jesus..... Ya know, there is something, something about that name........"(~Gloria Gaither) Thanks Stace. That is one of my most favorite songs! Sweet, sweet Jesus.... |

I stand in agreement for Bro. Wayne also that thru God's word and the power of His might He will strengthen our brother up quickly! Yes there is something about His name. I sang that in church this morning and then when I read your posts, it gave me goosebumps. Praise the Lord for giving us Jesus, Jesus, Jesus! Chris |
