Many know by now that Jill went home. Keith Green's wife, Melody, has been a good friend of Jill's and has posted information about Jill at Melody's blog. Here is a link: Melody Green's Blog |

Hi Stacie, Sad and somewhat shocked to hear of Jill's passing yet rejoicing in knowing she is with the Lord. Philippians 1:21 tells us "To live is Christ, To die is gain." This wonderful woman of God lived her life for Christ and has now gain far more than we on earth could possibly imagine. To be honest, I did not think her work on earth was done - but what do I know? God's ways are higher than our ways, His thoughts higher than our thoughts. Thus we are to place our faith and trust in Him. While I went to the site your provided, there was still not a peace within me and the question remained, "Why did she not recover from this." Then this morning I found the answer. I was led to check out more in regards to her life and passing. One site said she was 101 years old! Then I continued the search. It was at this website where I found the answer I was seeking: http://www.openheaven.com/forums/forum_posts.asp?TID=25845&PN=1&TPN=1 One can read the entire article for it is well-worth reading of this sister in Christ's life and the impact her faithfulness had on the lives of others. But for those who do not have the time, I will set the paragraph here, reminding people that Jill Austin had a prophetic voice and the words she brought forth in Israel last year was her Beloved's voice for sure and I wonder if she knew the full implication of them. The paragraph from OpenHeaven website: "Sorger said Austin celebrated her 60th birthday in Israel last year—ironically the 60th anniversary of the modern Jewish state—and that he recalls Austin telling people she was going to get married in 2009. It turns out that “she was,” he said. “To Jesus, her Bridegroom.” " Dance with your Beloved, Jill. Dance in the wonder of His embrace! |
