Separation Prayer; Thoughts to Ponder

Here is a prayer that Ps Peter prayed for one of the churches where he was ministering, not too long ago. I think it was in Singapore, but not sure.

I took notes and copied the prayer because it really stood out.

"It will take all their faith and all their energy to birth forth the next phase in the life and ministry of this church...
We bow our knees before you for this
We know how important this next move is to the entire city and state
and nation
And we ask Oh God that You would deposit and consecrated each one of them to the work and the call that Your Holy Spirit has called them to.
Like Paul and Barnabas, who were separated, You said separate for Me Paul and Barnabus for the work that I have called them.
So Lord, this day, we separate (listed names).. and all his church to the work that you have called them to do..."

I focus on the "take all their faith and all their energy" part and see how it applies to my own call. Is there something lacking in my own faith? Is there something that is taking all my energy? Is this 'something' that is taking my energy and faith the proper thing?

What I am seeking the Lord on is where I am to draw my boundaries and stop 'energy drain.' If I can understand clearly what I am suppose to focus on, then I will recognize very clearly what is a distraction in my life. So, I seek a plumb line, and anything that does not plumb is off limits, even to my thoughts.

These are my thoughts on what Ps Tan prayed.
