Last week, I thought I saw an angel standing at the end of one of the trailers. I saw the wisp of an outline of a figure, and as I studied it a few minutes, double checking my vision, I remembered another time when I saw angels gather at a certain place on a property where I was staying. Yep, it was the same type thing. It was an angel for sure. But, I didn't understand why this angel was standing at the end of a trailer, under a tree. I looked up and checked the tree... was it going to fall? It didn't look like it. I checked the trailer for smoke, just in case it was an angel here to warn of a problem. But, all was okay. Things were quiet, so I was blessed to pay attention to the spiritual realm around me. And, in just a few minutes, I could tell that something was going on in the park. The angel had moved, and others had joined together deeper into the park. I could sense about four or five. They gave the impression that they were having a 'engineering' type discussion. You could almost see them in the middle of the park with their white shirts, ties, and hard hats, discussing the plans for the park. Like engineer bigwigs discussing the plans of the park. I put it on the shelf, so to say, not expecting anything in the natural to happen for a year or so. I just received my revelation by faith and went on with my tasks. It was either later that day, or early the next morning, that the boss came in and said that he wanted to sell all the trailers, cheap, and get out of the rental business. Within two days, one rental was sold to a lovely young couple with two children. It was really cool. The lady works at MacDonalds and has been putting a little money away every month for a year and half. She walked in with cash and bought her family a new (to her) and larger trailer. I have to say, this is amazing to watch. I had no idea that the plans for this park would begin to take shape so quickly. No telling what is ahead, but it is good to know that the Lord is moving here and has His plans for us. Pretty cool, huh? |

Pretty cool indeed. With Dave selling the trailers and then getting out of the trailer park business, do you ladies have any plans ahead of you? It seems we definately are entering a time of "new beginnings." Thought this was for last year but am seeing it even more so this year. Hmm, wonder what the Lord is up to! |

Good morning, We asked Dave if our job would be changing and he said no. By selling them, the park will be run on the "incoming" lot rents, but have a very low "out going." Maintenance of the trailers has been a high overhead. This type of change will allow for a stable environment for families who have purchased their homes and have them paid off. It is amazing though, to watch people show up to wanting to buy. We have not advertised at all and yesterday we had three more families show up. And to top it off, each person so far is answering the plea of the heart that Kay had, that the homes go to young families who have children. Her heart desired that these young couples have a safe and steady place to raise their children. All four.. four.. inquiries so far have been just that.. young couples with children. The fourth, suppose to come back into today has 5 children and one on the way. ![]()

You know what I just thought about? If this deal goes on through today.. possibly two deals.. then we are going to have two families moving in without putting a penny down... we are not asking for any down payments, so that means they will be moving in without having to pay anything? hum... I wonder if Dave has thought of this... I will keep you posted Have a good day |

Ah, Billy and I lived in such a trailer park when we first got married. We had out little 10'x52' "home" and were so happy there! Yes, I can see where the park there would be a great place for young families to raise their children. They will all be bathed in prayer and not even know it! :-) Nothing down? Bet people would be flocking there. I pray all works out well. Love Kay's prayer. Stand in agreement with it. Love to you both, Joan |

Wow what a day! as of the end of the day we finalized the sale of 5 mobile homes....and 1 more pending.... It is amazing to watch how fast things are going! Even Dave is flabbergasted at the response so quickly.... with 2 of the sales we saved approximatly $700 worth of repair workso far... it is now thier responsibility Now pray that all the final state/ county paperwork can get done without a hitch! Thank you Lord.... It is sort of fun to see the Lord work... Never boring! Love Kay |

Things are still hopping at the park. We have sold at least ten trailers, and have verbal agreements with two others that will need to be finalized. Most of the new mortgages are below 500.00 a month, and some even 400.00 on a three year plan, with no money down. It amazes me. It is a great opportunity for young couples to start their own family building. |

I am thinking that the avatar is a big too large... lol Well, an update for the selling of the mobile homes: They are almost all sold. We have three fixer uppers left. They are being held for just the right people. (by the Lord, not held by us). It has been a blessing to see how the Lord has really prospered this park. Where it was almost empty, (at least the rentals) it now has many new families. It is cool to see mobile homes that were empty for so long to now be filled with the sound of children running through them like herds of elephants, and television sounds coming out from the windows, flowers being planted, ect.. God is good. stace |
