Those are 12-14 year old kids and he's letting them all have it for something a few kids did. Think back about 4 years ago when you were 14 and how you would feel if something like this happened? I also found this picture to be quite funny for some reason..I guess it's all the little kids half faces. lol. Also, those kids come from poor families as they look like poor people.
