 Well, the easiest way is with a WYSIWYG editor like Microsoft Frontpage, or you can just sign up at http://geocities.yahoo.com/http://geocities.yahoo.com/. If you're a technical type, though, you can edit HTML from scratch. And then, of course, there's Myspace. Good luck on your website!
