Well, we already had some plans, I could put them into affect. But I have this idea.

Stats would be Health, Attack, and Speed. Speed is like a different form on Mp, sp whatever you call it. Turns basically. Every level you gain (10 XP needed to get to next level, lvl=10, lvl2=20xp, lvl3=30, etc) You can increase HP by 5, Attack by 1, or Speed by ha;f. (You must increase it two times before you gain another speed stat though. How speed works is, characters all have skills right? Well, basic move (1 square) costs 1 S, basic attack = 1S, then skills will vary. like I made a plan kind of. Then you can save what's left if you want. Saved speed can be used as extra turns when you need them or heal 1 health each. The board will be a grid. (think pokemon mystery dungeon? or Final fantasy advance tactics) and go fromt here. Enemies work the same way.
