You cannot perform a jutsu until undergone special training. So take of any jutsus that he can use. For time being and starting, no one has any magical abilities or in human abilities, only abilities regarding what they are, like avens can fly, bunnies can jump higher then average, ninjas are just normal humans with special training to get certain strengths and abilities. Add some more to the history please.
