You may not delete something without my approval! When telling someone something they did wrong, be nice, but not too nice, or tooo mean. Or they may not want to stay anymore. Swearing in an offensive way will immdeiatley result in swearer's postin rights removed for at least 10 hours, at most, a day, they will go down in rank unless they are a member only.

So yeah, you can lock what you see is wrong or doesn't fllow the rules. (But if it's just one person, everyone lese is being serious, don't lock it, just warn the one person)
