Level 2: Cyclone Spin - Koga spins around, creating a small tornado that surrounds his body. He can then move around like that and cause damage. Level 3: Whirlwind Blast - Koga sends out strong wind blasts. They are less concentrated and therefore slightly weaker than his Hurricane Blades, but they cover much more ground, depending on how much energy Koga puts into them. Level 4: Wind's Eye Koga contains someone inside a small tornado House (see Utada Tenshi’s profile) Other History: Trained from birth in martial arts, Koga is a powerful opponent in battle. He lived with his tiger yokai clan before setting off to make a living as a warrior. One day, he saw an angel fall down near his house. She was injured, so he nursed her back to health. As a reward, he was granted immortality. The angel, Utada Tenshi, was drained of any power. Thus, he had no choice but to let her stay with him. Eventually, he enjoyed her company and you can guess what happened. Now he joins Utada to help save the Islands.
