The number next to stats. (EXTREMELY LOW: 1 VERY LOW: 4 LOW: 6 BELOW AVERAGE: 5 AVERAGE: 3 ABOVE AVERAGE: 1 HIGH: 1 VERY HIGH: none EXTREMELY HIGH: none) tells you how many of those you can have. So you can have only 6 places wiht the low stat. And don't put anything in the ones with * next to them, they're special.
