Well I finally figured out where that person came from! She's Orihime from the anime series called Bleach (one of my favorites). That section is in episode 2. You can see it here. (Click on the here.) It's about 6 minutes and 40 seconds in. Don't know why I felt like sharing this but I remember watching it at camp with some people on this site...
