When I used to take piano lessons (I'm teaching myself now), if I made 1 mistake on a piece, I would feel the need to restart the ENTIRE piece. I still do that. I'm also trying to learn the flute, guitar, and an ocarina (I think). Oh. I'm an aspiring actor as well.

I feel the need to restart peices of music but in martial arts it is best to teach yourself to just keep going. Even though your form may have flaws it is still best to continue and recover fluidly.
