Usually when the nike roshe run womens goes graphic, the results are a bit less subtle than this. The latest print pair manages to keep its printed status nearly hidden, as the upper’s challenge red base only gets the streaky darkened look in some scattered areas. Elsewhere the shoe wears deep royal blue, hyper cobalt, and then the standard white for the kit along the bottom. The Nike Roshe Run started off as a bare-boned, no-frills package of mesh and foam that would appeal to consumers looking for a lower-priced Nike sneaker. What happened after the initial run of $70 Roshes was nothing short of a phenomenon, as an entire Roshe-cored category run by Dylan Raasch is now one of the key pushes for all of Nike Sportswear. We are beginning to see the Roshe get beefed up with Nike’s innovative bits, with Hyperfuse, Natural Motion, and other upgrades being implemented on the base-model shoe. This new nike roshe run mens pair might just be the most non-Roshe looking pair that we’ve ever seen as far as that official designation is concerned. The shoe starts out distanced from the typical build thanks to its Nike Roshe Run Mid setup, but from there it goes even further by replacing all the old materials and even putting a strange Tiempo-like bit of stitching down on the toebox. But Flyknit takes it to another level, with a Magista-like weave and some intense colorways like this Neo Turquoise rendition drawing a ton of attention from NSW fanatics around the globe. To say that there have been a ton of Nike Roshe Runs released since their 2015 debut would be an understatement. Sure, the nike roshe run sale hasn’t seen a true and through sequel, but the Swoosh has kept people interested in the near-classic silhouette that debuted 2 summers ago with a bevy of alterations like this Nike Roshe Run NM. Capturing the “natural motion” of the running silhouette, the shoe features a slimmed down outsole and added support similar to that seen on the hyperfuse renditions. Today we get a look at a premium all suede pair, one with a predominately grey aesthetic. Add in a clean white leather swoosh and a contrasting black logo on the medial side and this is one of the more casual takes on the Roshe yet. And yet, there are still plenty more routes to explore in terms of color combinations when it comes to that standard mesh build. Red Roshes were around since the genesis, but the team red shade hasn’t been spotted too often on the build. |
