League Two
but outside the top 4 it's not a prority until you get to Wembley. Despite the pedictable crap from posters of other clubs and the media we are as likely to win the prem as those above us.There have been teams that have come back from 12 points behind.
The supposed harsh economic reality of our owners in relation to the transfer market in Jan was predictable. They perhaps expected a greater level of improvement for the players that came in, who knows. We need Masher to stay but we also need the players for the areas Rafa has stated. No doubt the rumour mill is cranking up for the players that will go.
As for tonight as long as we perform then its anyones game, but at the end of the season I hope we have more to show for it than the Carling cup.

I'm agreeing with you an awful lot recently... it's a bit strange...

Carling Cup - field the reserves, give them good experience against a top side in an almost meaningless match and concentrate on having key players fit for more important matches to come during a busy Christmas period.

If at the end of the season, we win the Carling Cup and finish 4th, does that constitute progress and success? Does it hell...

So why risk anything in a competition that even if we win, means very little in the bigger picture??
