irrespective of what happens this season keep him. saf went 7 years with bugger all. we need continuity, i know rafa has his faults, but he needs to work through them and learn from his mistakes too. |

dont want him sacked , liek you say there is no one out there to replace him with but even if there was i want rafa backed first off all and see what happens . none of this changing manager every 4 years . |

honestly mate ? yeah i would , for the reasons mentioned above . obviously if it happens again the next season then he may need to go but this season been very poor with player form , disruptions, injuries , poor selections . give him till end of next season and see what happens if backed more in the summer . hopefully this will happen. |

Phil, you could argue that with the debatable point about injuries, all those factors you mention are the Managers responsibility. I don't want Rafa to leave BTW, just playing 'devils advocate'.... |

yeah i know majority of responsibility can be laid with him but also a lot must be laid with the players not performing as well . lots of blame all over the place , think now is the time to forget all that and get behind the team and manager and get that 4th place and maybe a decent run in cl and fa cup . |
