So if they have released this with the flicker, whats the point in chipping out original tiolis?

I still reckon the chipping out of flickers is a bit of a myth... ;)

Totally agree. While people think they have an advantage over a machine they will play them. All these flicky tioli machines get pumped for this reason.

When I was out with blue streak I played a TIOLI that had given me a strange session at xmas that I didn't bother going back to, it just played strange, costing over £100 for a natural IM then dead on it arse for a good £40 odd loss.

It flickered this time, I think they just randomly lock down from time to time, and need a bit of normal recycle play to get ready for a flicker again.

i honestly think its where you play them, take my local, if noteys on you will make a profit. at worst a tenna at best 50+ but i tried forceing one in spoons, there noteys are weird, no flashing you cant know if its on unless you try a note, i think they just keep it on full time which led me to put 66 for a flicker, the most ive ever paid infact. ive heard of the rechip but when i think about it punters will fill this machine up so much, where i work i watch people 50 deep collecting 2-7 quid cashpots every board, taking game as soon as it offerd and crappy features, somtimes i just want to shout "stop taking crap and it might play better" but obviosly i dont. So from what a player makes with flicker to what a drunk puts in, i dont see a reason for these to be chipped.

No reason for it to be chipped.

Don't bother forcing a city centre spoons one unless you know how/when it gets played. The one in spoons here is pointless. Doesn't get a massive amount of casual play and just full of people forcing and reforcing. You WILL lose money in this state. Remember it has 78% payout and stays quite close to it. If it's just given £70, or even a £95 then it's gonna take you £90+ to get another JP.

Never had one not flicker.

I still stand by some of these being chipped. £620 through one without the flicker, I just cant see why it wouldnt flicker for that long?

Yes there is a chip, I've got one unit that is often full, but I've given up with it as it's always £100+ for a flooker on the natural board anyway.
