I got my Apexi power intake kit today from the Frylai guy/parts whore and installed it, and I gotta say it definitly made a difference to the top end power when the VVTi kicked in and it revved out heaps quicker and between gear changes it didnt bog down, it just kept on going. No real change on the bottom end power, which I expected, it will take more than a filter to fix the sluggish bottom end! Heaps better than the HKS panel filter I had in the standard airbox and looks cool too! My next step is to install the Apexi S-AFC, it will be interesting to see how much difference it will make. |

nah - im not particularly after noise ... more looks - cause my ride is auto - but i also would like to know if there is any minimal gain and if you can feel it / notice it ... for 400 bucks - gotta know if its a worth while purchase have a few friends who drive hondas and still they recommend the factory setup ... besides this intake - what other bolt-on mods is a good compliment for the intake ..?? hmm .. i think im gonna start a new thread .. |

you can feel it ususally on higer rpms, you'll be suprised the difference it makes, I was happy with all the 3 intakes I had and I m now looking for a new one. But mostly you get the noise and the extra kick on highways! Matt =) PS - Only Trust makes a Intake for the IS200 BTW. |
