http://www.lexusownersclub.co.uk/forum/ind...95&#entry182695 It's about 700 AUD + ship, which is quite a bargain. Maybe we can save on shippig if we get a group thing happening |

Quite a bargin, but what's the result? As one of the guys points out, the layout is the most important thing - are they 6-3-1? Or what? The convoluted style he mentions would probably be best for an NA application, but not so sure about forced induction setups. Meanwhile - what about the ProLex ones? Their stuff is rather cool... |

Prolex: from what i've gathered they only do the IS300, supra and one other car. Unless our headers are the same as the 3sge/2jz(for sure)? If it did, man, there are plenty of IS300 extractors around. |

Unfortunately the is300 headers wont fit RHD cars because the steering colum is in the way I think they are referring to Prolex UK, which is separate to Prolex in the US |

I don't think it would be the same for 3s, different number of cylinders. And the JZ motors would probably be configured differently, and have a different diameter. I don't know a whole lot about these things, but i'm guessing the extractors would have to be unique to our motor. IS were talking about manufacturing custom ones for the 1G. AVO in Melb. did for Eric's car. |

Mark, when you say pre cat, is that the one just after the header? 2J/3S will not fit, and Edwin is right about the US ones. |

TTE has one specifically for the AS200. It requires removel of the pre cats and welding in of 2 new sections. |

yes yes bigpond ftp is down at the moment, bear with it. check back later this arvo The specs are 2" inlet (same as standard) so I don't know if there's any performance gain. I think our standard one is 1 3/4" actually. |

Q: Hi Scott, Whats the freight costs to Sydney, and do you use paypal? A: Here is a quick price guide... please bear in mind if you ordered several of these items, the shipping price would not rise by much if at all Services Prices International Datapost £108.80 International Standard £81.00 International Economy £67.85 Q: If its the same size as standard, theres no performance gain? A: there is a performance gain, it removes the precats, plus is a different design, therefore expelling the exhaust gases more quickly and in turn giving better performance figures... as well as looking nice and shiny under the bonnet! lol |
