I noticed a definate improvment in top end power. OOOOOOOO the intake noise is SICK. I cant wait to tune the emanage. I get some popping and bangs now ![]() ![]() |

I just fitted mine on Friday and noticed a big difference as well. I'm building my own box as I dont think the air flow is good enough as is. It needs to be ducted. I will post some pics of the ducting once its finished. By the way, you soooo have to poish the ali lid

Flyboy I want to find a way to reuse the stock scoop or i could just get rid of the fog lights and pop a hole under the intake and get some ducting 4rolln oooo thats purty! |

yeah I had that thought to! "Muzza" has cut a hole under his box which would be good and even having a duct to the front bumper would help. fortunatley there is a small hole in the side of the drivers side front guard which is where the air comes from, I was told that although cutting another one would be beneficial and most likely flow greater air, it is not necessary. before I had the cold air box i used to leave the factory over scoop on too, would have been good if the heatsheild could have incorporated that aswell, surely wouldnt have been to hard for Apexi. ok. off to Sydney now guys.............Hayden |
