Had the car in today for quick measure up. They initially under-quoted until they had a look at the car in detail. these are the specs ... (based on IS200 GXE10R) FRONT sway 22mm (hollowed) REAR sway 13mm Whiteline recommends FRONT sway 22mm (solid) REAR sway 18/20mm or either REAR sway adjustable 18/20mm I had no idea what adjustable sways were until today ! ![]() apparently you are able to adjust the setting (hole) so that you are able to gain a little more understeer. Of course, everyone has a different driving style ... so adjust to suit. Prices MEMBERS PRICE FRONT - $193.80 REAR - $155.55 REAR ADJUSTABLES - $219.30 NON MEMBERS PRICE (off the street) FRONT - $228.00 REAR - $183.00 REAR ADJUSTABLES - $258.00 of course, these do come with polyurethane bushes (yellow) and installation (roughly 40mins for front & rear) Only downside to this is that we have to wait anywhere from 2-6 weeks for them to make and test the bushes ... I will be getting a set nevertheless. Can i get a FIRM number of those keen on these ..?? |

preferably asap ... price is a little off from what was originally quoted, but then again - they werent aware of the setup the IS had compare to say .. the Soarer or Celica in regards to the RS - Im assuming all altezzas / RS / IS / 200 / 300 share a common chassis. so in saying that it woudl fit. I could be wrong... doe anyone have any confirmed info on the differences between the IS & RS ..? |

im not sure whether whiteline have a manufacturing line for lexus products simply because not many people buy them. enquire with your local whiteline stockist to make sure i guess. the other (slightly more expensive) option would be to go with japanese products. there are many out there! |
