so because i bought my car from a dealership i was invited along to the Lexus Golf Day at the royal canberra golf clulb.
7am start, rock up and have a lovely breakfast, fruit platters, cereals/muslis' and toast, tea/coffee also.
745 head out the back for a quick tutorial from the golf pro. nothing special, learnt a couple things about my own game tho, was good.
than after that it was back up to be sorted into teams for the 18 hole ambrose event.
then at 9am tee off and head around the 18 holes, where we were visited by the courtesy cart probably 5 times i think, offering beers, softdrinks, waters, powerades, choccy bars, fruit and sandwiches.
brilliant service, exactly what you'd expect from lexus.
finished playing around 2, had some cracker shots and some average shots, nothing much to write home about there
then shower and change and into the club house for lunch and presentations.
lunch was a full roast spread, beef, turkey and pork. cooked to absolute perfection.
vegies on the side aswell.
then deserts.
yes, i had seconds of everything... DONT JUDGE ME!!!

got to see and sit in the yet to be released LS460... this machine is breathtaking in every way. just phenomenal luxury. they wouldn't tell us the price, but from that i assumed it wasn't gonna be cheap :P

if you were at the canberra lexus golf day, post up here, i probably seen you around the traps.
however i didn't see any modified cars in the parking lot at all. so not sure how many of you hoons woulda been there :P

in conclusion.... Brilliant day, well worth taking the day off work.
just shows once again the commitment to service that Lexus have.
everything was top notch, and just bloody brilliant.

Sounds very impressive!

I'm guessing it was a fully Lexus funded day?

yes it was all paid for, just another perk of owning a lexus.
i have my own golf gear etc tho, but none of that was needed as the pro shop woulda hooked you up if need be.

also got a nice gift bag, which had 1x 3 pack of Callaway Big Bertha golf balls (with lexus logo)
1x lexus baseball cap
2x lexus extra long golf tee
1x golf polo shirt

was brilliant.

and considering it costs $130 to play 18 holes at the royal canberra, its a brilliant gift from lexus for being a customer :)
