i dont know much about cams but from i've read, for my car (dc2r): 1. i need to change my valve springs and retainers 2. talk to a performance shop or whoever does ur tune 4. depending on your cam settings. on an n/a car they roughly make anywhere between 6-10kwatw (fwd) 5. there car may also idle funny depending on how aggressive the cams are 6. it should be a simple job, take it to a well known performance shop for peace of mind 7. yes you need cam pulleys/cam gears to dial the cams in to optimum setting like i said i dont know too much about cams but this is from what i have gathered. i'm sure the other more experienced members could help you out! |
