3sge Forged Internals; what do i need

This mite be a stupid question but what internals do i need to buy to run higher post say around 14-15psi, just want to get a list togeater so i can start collecting, any help would be great


List so far

Forged Pistons & Rods
Thicker Head Gasket
Bigger Turbo :)
Injectors (what size and brand)
Fuel Regulater

Nah dont get a thicker headgasket!

That's a bit of a 'bodge' way of lowering the compression, if you're getting aftermarket pistons with a lower CR, then you may as well stick with the factory steel headgasket.

Talking with a performance shop yesterday and the guy said i should run about 10 comperssion if i lower it any more that that it will take longer for the turbo to spool is this correct

Yes that is true but 10:1 static comp will generally limit the amount of overall boost you can run......

IMO you'd want no higher than about 9:1 static compression ratio if you're looking to run some serious boost. Will give you some decent off boost driveability as well.

Add big end and main bearings. also ARP rod bolts and piston rings to your list

Injectors.. i have some 530cc Sard ones from 41. they are great. You could go bigger if you wanted, but for 14-15psi, they should be fine.
