Just out of curiosity what are you guys getting fuel efficiency wise. The reason for this is that at a glance it seems I'm only getting 7.5km/l which seems completely ridiculous to me for an n/a rs200 ;\ |

I get around 8 - 8.3 l/100km. Mainly open road running, sitting around the 110 mark |

Usually 8.5-9L/100km, also on the open road... (but usually twisty with the boot well in!! ) your're using over 13L/100km Senza, so that is bad. |

Check all the obvious, air and fuel filters. Try running injector cleaner throught. Clean the MAF sensor. Try those first and see if it makes any difference |

That's all been done and checked recently. I've been getting the same fuel efficiency (or lack of) since I bought it in April and only just thought to check the figures |

Supposedly it was running lean at torque performance when it had detonation issues but other mechanics have had a look at the dybo sheet and said it was fine. But that's 6 months ago so I wouldn't know know whether it's running rich at the moment. |

Well.. If it is a stock computer and injectors it shouldn't run rich unless it is fed incorrect information from sensors like the oxygen sensor or the MAF. Sounds like some time is needed on an electronic tunescope & a dyno, unless you want to put a brick under the accelerator!

Yep it's stock computer and injectors, maf sensor has been cleaned out a couple of times, most recently last week. Not 100% sure on the o2 sensor though, will have to have a bit of a look sometime |

Yes do check the 02 sensor, can lead to shocking A/F ratios (like mine) Also have you checked your sparkplugs? What sparkplugs are you using at the moment? |
