Hi guys

Been invited by Matt some time ago to join and share with you a bit of the IS200 that runs in our national GT3 championship.

Basically it`s the IS200 that raced in the BTCC but with some mods that our championship allows. The steering wheel is now on the left side, and it seems to have worked for the driver and suits the track well since the critic turns of our race track are lefts.

The engine has had some mods made by the team crew and some feedback from experts on this cars and engines all over the world like Argentina. Now it`s also lighter, one issue that had the team with a headache for quite a while since the car got here pretty heavy and there wasn`t too much to take down or change for lighter materials, i think they got pretty close to the desired weight now.

There are just 2 more races this year, one next weekend where the car is not going to race since the driver has some business out of the country and also the engine blew up last week at the dyno. It`s in first place in the championship and too down the record on one of the 3 layouts we have.

here are some pics i did, hope you like them:

Nice to see one racing Jorge- thanks for that.

I assume its the 3SGE engine, a Japanese Altezza rather than a European IS200??

They still race them in the BTCC.

Not sure of the spec, I would think they would run the 1G-FE.
