All money received from everyone.

Track and trace currently says "Mailing was forwarded abroad" on 11/07. I would imagine Nick will have them in the next week or so.

Picked mine up this afternoon and installed it...remember to reinstall the rubber noise insulation too !

Its mint ay, Im really quite happy with mine... its slightly higher than stock (or feels like it), no problems with shifting effort, mis-shifting etcetc, easy installation. great mod!

Grrr. Did yours all come with bolts? Mine didn't. Pulled the old one out, popped the new one in place and couldn't bolt it in. :(

Even worse, I'd pulled my girlfriend's dashboard apart this morning to pop a new stereo in and didn't have the right screws. So I now have two cars in bits which I can't drive until I pop down to Mitre 10.

Just put the old shifter back in mine, will go for a drive with half my center console missing ;)

If one of you is around and wants to tell me how long the bolt needs to be, that'd be great! (Though I can prob guess fine..)

Oh well. Went to Mitre 10 and found some bolts - M6, 35mm. Seemed to be about right, and worked fine. Installed and working. Bit of a difference!

Not so much luck on the screws for the stereo... need m5 x ~10mm. Didn't fancy buying $30 worth of them, and can't get small packs. :S.

All the bolts were in mine. Had a bit of a rattle from it at 6000rpm today, but I had keft the small boot off the very bottom as I decided getting the old one off the factory shifter was too hard. Pulled it apart again when I got home from our cruise this afternoon, and put it pack with the extra boot in place. Going up to Chch tomorrow so will find out it that's solved it. Definitely different round the hills. BIggest thing I noticed was the extra effort to get across for 5th and 6th, but otherwise a nice feel

Hmm, pretty unimpressed so far. Few problems:
- Bolts were missing
- Fit isn't perfect (like the old one). Slight gap between the gearknob and boot where the old one held it tight.
- Vibrating kind of noise when I rest my hand on the stick, especially the lower gears.
- Massive rattle that kicks in around 4500rpm and gets more intense all the way to the limiter.

I also didn't put the bottom boot on like Alistair (couldn't figure out how to get it off the old shifter), but I strongly doubt this is the cause of all these problems. How all you guys going??

(Oh, other than the noises and the fit, it works great - the shifting feels fine)

I managed to get all the plastic rubber boots off and onto the new shifter, mine came with all the bolts.

But yes the gap between the knob and the boot is there, even worse with a TRD knob :(

Havent taken it for a drive just yet, will report back soon

Tried recording it on my phone to show the noise, but it's pretty much drowned out by the engine: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sdcMs-48G_M.

The top boot doesn't fit nearly as snug around the shaft of the shifter as it did with the old one, and also slips down quite low usually. I found this made a huge noise to most noise, but the high rev rattle was still pretty obvious.

So how do I get this small boot off?

Looks like I need to separate the halves of the shifter, but they're glued?

Im happy with mine. . . . took half an hour to install and had no issues.
