Need help, I need to put bigger injectors in my car, something aroung 650-700cc. Do any of you NZ guy's run anything in this range? If you do, what are they and are they a straight swap? Thanks. |

Not sure about that large, most of us are just doing with 3SGTE injectors which are 540cc. Came from these cars: ST215 Caldina GTT 3SGTE ST205 Celica GT4 3SGTE SW20 MR2 (93+) 3SGTE They are straight plug and play and just recalculate your injector map ![]() Some reading regarding injectors: http://z4.invisionfree.com/lexusaltezzaclu...wtopic=7682&hl= Comparison of the 3SGTE injectors against the 3SGE (540cc ones on top) ![]() Although they are slightly different they slot into the injector seats perfect, so you can go with any high impedance 3SGTE injectors, should open the options up for you |

Only the ST215 Injectors will work, ST205 & SW20 Injectors are sidefeed unfortunately 540's are good for a proven 350HP, you'd never reach that on a 3SGE without forged internals & camshafts Also remember the 540's @ 62PSI fuel pressure put out about 660CC's worth of fuel, stock injectors are really running something around 440CC |

Sard will do that big, you would have to contact them to see if they have some that would fit your purpose. |

Sard 660: 195500-0610 Sard 700: 195500-0830 They are low-impedence 2.3ohms so you'll need 11.7ohm resistors to increase the resistance to around 14ohms Don't go overkill with the injectors as larger ones become a problem to control at idle & part throttle |

I think I will go with the Sard's as they are probably easier to get than the Caldina one's, Caldina's are few and far between atm so spares are probably rarer. Just found out from the tuner that the reason the Tom's 430's maxed out is because they are not Tom's, they are if fact stock 1jz injectors. I bought them off someone in NZ on this forum so I'm hoping he was also missinformed. I'm not P*** off just dissappointed. |

There were some Caldina GTT ones on TradeMe not long ago, they're no longer listed but I found the seller and asked a question on your behalf: http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.as...924&permanent=0 |

Just out of interest, does anyone know what the brand is that is stamped on the injectors? I've noticed that the Throttle Body has this same word/symbol and have never been able to work out what it is! |

Thanks for the help but my tuner has got me a set of Power Enterprise 800cc injectors. I thought they might be a bit big but he assures me they will be fine and he is one of the best tuners in Oz so I'm going with them. Will let you all know how it goes. Should have the car back tomorrow arvo. |

540ccs work mint, currently on the car now but are reaching about 95% duty cycle around a bar of boost. Next items on my list would be the new Injector Dynamics ID1000s LD |

I have the Injector Dynamics 1000ccs running at bugger all duty cycle @275kw with perfect idle. Same spray pattern as the SARD 650ccs. |

Hey Nick, what power you running? I've got SARD 530cc injectors and im running 242kw at 1bar of boost, from memory around 85% duty. Only other thing is the walbro fuel pump. Dont know if that would make a difference. Corey |
