It's pretty much the case that if Toyo make them, I can get them so if you can find them on a stock list from somewhere then they should be available. |

What's freight like from Aussie to NZ on tyres Pretty pointless you kiwis askingYou can get Toyo T1R for $219 fitted at Hyper. Alternativley they have Bridgestone Potenza RE001 for $239 & Falken ZE912 for $199 which are both very sharp prices.

Thanks Cookie! Spoke to Beau, really nice guy and he was really helpful with info regarding they tyres and performance sizing stretching etc. Ordered a pair of r1rs and have transfered the money going to get another set probably in a month baised on his recomendation (to run them all the way round) The r1rs have a much wider profile for the tyre size for example i found some pics of r1r 195s next to some other brand in 205 and the r1rs were still wider!! They have large blocks so you dont get block squirm, decent tread wear (140) and look the balls! They sound like godly tyres cant wait! |

Ah nice! Love the dry sump setup in the back, and the manifolds were amazing! If you ever want to get into making manifolds again let me know i will deffinatly be in line ![]() EDIT: Wasnt quite sure about the motor as the head looked very diffent to how they do in the altezzas but i guess is just what it looks like with all the covers etc taken off Ill grab some photos of the tyres and the fitting when its done this Sat. Can laugh at the tyre guy that has to stretch the crazy hard sidewalls Also just to back Cookie up this is legit guys tyres are brand new and really easy to sort out. You wont find a better deal on tyres in Aus (even if your after crappy tyres let cookie know cause they can get cheep chinese things for arround the $100 mark) |
