I recently put a set of 18" rims on my car with new 225/40/18's. My plan was to then get it lowered. Only problem is now that they are on, they stick out a bit from the guards and I've been told by the guys at Mag & turbo that they are going to rub if it's lowered. Damn!! Even if they roll the guards, it's gonna scrape on the joint of the guard to the bumper. Any ideas on what I can do without buying new tyres or mags? |

Well, a bag or two of concrete in the right place will push it down enough for you to see, even if you have to jack up a wheel to get it right up. I suppose if it does rub and you can't move the plastic or roll the edges out of the way then that will set the height you can run it at. |
