Hi all, rather then wanting to run wide rims with stretched tyres wondering what is the best rim size/offset and biggest tyres you can fit.

i want a minimum of 8" wide

is there a combination of offset / rim size that will fit either 235 - 245 - 255 on the rear and 215 - 225 - 235 on the front

wants these in 17"

also if possible any ideas on rims - i want something that looks like drifteks in 17" that will fit the big brake kit under them :)

thanks all!

(corrected my fail spelling...)

I had 235s on the front and 255s on the rear with 8" and 9" I believe with an offset around +35. the 255s only just fit under with the guards rolled and pulled slightly and the 235s would rub on the black guard which you'll just need to heatgun or cut out.

That was with next to no camber, if you wanted wider you could always just put abit more negative camber on and you might be able to sneak a couple more sizes up.

awesome thanks - my front front guards are stuffed anyway - the guy who put the inter cooler in cut the bottom out of the left side so it allowed it to blow back in the wind and hit the tire - so you can look thru the vent at the front and see the tire on the left side - real happy about that ...

anyone know of anything that will fit the supra big kit ? in 17" rims

i might go 8" 17's and go 235's cos option1 have them cheap - other wise it will have to be 255 they stock both for ku36's

TE37s in 17x8 with the +33 or +38 offset clear the big supra brakes, go on the Rays website and look at their size charts, if it says it will clear the big calipers of the Supra it should fit on your car fine.

then get 18x10.5 on the rears, a nice staggered look :P or be sensible and put the 17x9.5 on the rears which will be fine.

Then get 235s on the front at $164 a pop and 255 on the rears at $227 each. Should work out nicely.
