Spark Plugs Should I Change Them

Hey all

Was wondering if i should change my plugs as my car isnt the best on fuel and thought it would help atm it has Denso PK20R11

its a 03 rs200 n/a 3sge

How many K's has you car done? Those plugs should be good for 100K. Maybe try some Iridium plugs. They help with fuel economy & power. Denso SK20R11 or NGK BKR6EIX11 are your best value for money options.

yeah 55k km's yeah the plugs arent in a bad condition. I just thought the car was using more fuel than it should.

Would also recommend the following for fuel economy:
Clean MAF sensor / throttle body
Replace fuel filter
Lighter RH shoe :P

cool any suggestions on the maf and throttle body do i have to take the whole thing off? also i went to repco to get a fuel filter awhile ago it was 150 dollars D: anything cheaper around

Genuine fuel filters are about half that from memory. You can take the complete throttle body off to clean both sides. Its held on by 3 bolts & has a metal gasket which can be reused.

hmm, i dont thinks its the shoe, i swear thats a disease.
my foot swells, and just gets heavy? i have that strange reaction when im near corners.
from a beams ITB to a 2JZ

righto so i cleaned them both and now when i start it it revs over 2k then starts reving up and down for a bit until stays at 2 then slowly drops ha what have a stuffed up?
