I was wondering what the turbo spool time should be on this turbo. It is a t3/t4 hybrid and the specs are

3" INLET DIAMETER 2" OUTLET WET FLOATING BEARINGS

1/8 NPT OIL INLET T3 / T4 FLANGE

FITS T3 AND T3/T4 MANIFOLDS SPECS:

. 50 A/R COMPRESSOR .63 A/R TURBINE.57 TRIM

Cheers,
Gareth

1) All this means nothing as there are too many variables regarding quality. Source a compressor map from your manufacturer.

2) Do you know your exhaust CFM throughout the rev-range?

Once you have these I can tell you exactly when you are ment to hit boost.

Aside from that, someone may be able to help you out based on experience and guestimation if you let us know what type of exhaust manifold (tuned length, log ect) and the size of your dump/ehaust!

On a 2nd gen 3SGTE with a tuned length manifold and 5" dump to 3" exhaust my mate was hitting boost around 5K. This was with a .63 exhaust A/R
