Hey, I was wondering if anyone knows the dB reading with a hks silent hipower on a lexus is200?
I got epa'd and I only have that lying around. can't remember where I left my stockie.

haha after a while it does get louder...specially the raspy bit hence i am thinking of changing lol

oh thanks nick! hmm so close.. epa is 90dB lol

haha adam, i'm surprised i lasted this long with the buddyclub. my hks just sits in my lounge room. but thanks for the offer, i ended up going up to geelong to borrow my family friends stockie. probably have the buddyclub back on after my test.

Sorry for jacking thread but while we're on this topic. I noticed that my greddy gt exhaust is geting louder since the day i bought mine. Why does it do this exactly ?

as it run in, the material in the muffler wears out therefore its effectiveness in reducing noise is less

My mate said it could be a minor leak. He showed me before on his silvia. He put his foot on the muffler so it blocks air from coming out and while his foot is on it, he listens for any hissing sounds along the car.
