2.3 Positive crankcase ventilation systems
2.3(1) An engine that is fitted to a low volume vehicle, other than one specified in 2.3(2) or 2.3(3), must be fitted with an operational positive crankcase ventilation
system, which draws gases from the crankcase and directs them back into the engine.

The two exclusions are for pre 1975, and dedicated race cars. Looks like whatever you do it going to have to be plumb back to the intake.

Plumbing it just before the plenum meets both those criteria, its the same in Australia and most if the western world as the fda governs admissions and advisers government on regulations.
